When I checked my account it stated the item had been sent out on 21st January but here we are, on 30th January, and nothing has arrived. I've emailed the company so we'll see how soon it takes them to send the item or refund my payment. I wish I'd looked at these reviews beforehand then I wouldn't have ordered it. I was desperate for something to stop a trickle of rainwater from coming down my double glazed window that not even a window company could find where the problem lay ### ★☆☆☆☆ I just ordered a Soldering kit because… - Joe Flinn · 2023-01-18 I just ordered a Soldering kit because it is shown to work quite well. Then your company made it difficult to reach customer services. ### ★★★★☆ Just my own personal experience but.... - Janine · 2022-11-08 I just came across this company in my pre-approved payments in Paypal. I didn't know what it was for so looked up the company and read all these negative reviews. I was quite worried wondering what on earth I had paid for and were they going to continue taking money from me. But when I looked into what it was I had bought, I realised it was a folding travel bag I had ordered. I have received this bag and I am pleased with it. It was exactly as I expected it to be. It was well made and as described in the advert. My only gripe is that it took some time to arrive on a slow boat from China. It was actually around 3 weeks and it was only because of this that I marked it down a star. I'm not sure about what has happened with all these unhappy customers, but I have to say that I am not one of them. Perhaps my experience is unique, but sometimes it is only the bad reviews that get written. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/ycimedia.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/ycimedia.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
