UPDATE: PayPal took up my case and a miracle - I got a full refund! From a Chinese company who are renowed for never answering nor refunding. It was only £14.99 but I am tired of companies who offer shoddy goods, never answer and never offer refunds. Not this time! Don't fight on your own but get PP or credit card company/bank to mediate. Next time it might be a lot more money. ****************** I returned the shoddy goods to the address on the envelope - in Birmingham.I sent to letters by post asking for a refund but received no acknowledgement or response. I asked Paypal to resolve which is probably why I got a reply: "Hello, We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our product. Unfortunately, we do not offer a return slip. If you want to send it back, you need to take the postage yourself. The adress is, Warehouse No. 10, Building 5, Jin Shi Logistics Park Huangshan str. 99, southeast development zone 215500 changshu jiangsu province People's Republic of China Please give us the shipment number after shipping. If I'd known it was a Chinese company I'd never have ordered as in the past their goods do not look like the photo, are made from poor quality material and sizes are usually far too small - but right for a small boned Chineses girl. PayPal are still taking this up on my behalf but I've decided it is a lost cause. Avoid please
