This has been roughly 7 months now, no refund, and they stopped communicating with me. Not sure how this is legal or it keeps happening to lots of people, but something needs to happen with them!! I sent several emails and was told things were being investigated. When I asked for the tracking number and looked for myself, I found my purchase came from China and has been sitting in customsfor 2 months. I have asked for a refund and haven't heard back from anyone since. Purchased item on April 22 for Mother’s Day. After Mother’s Day came and went, with no progress of shipping item. I contacted Yeshmily regarding a refund or status of shipping. I was told there was no refund on custom items, but I let them know that it hasn’t even shipped. In later get a bogus tracking number on May 18. After 2-3 weeks, item still hadnt shipped. I emailed again regarding a refund. I was informed that they would process for a refund. On June 2, I emailed again regarding the refund. I was told that it would be escalated to finance and it would be processed in 5-15 days. It is July 6 and no refund. I have reached out to them numerous times to replace this item or refund me for manufacture issues on the product. Sent numerous pictures and finally get we will give you 20% off your next purchase but they will do nothing to fix the current issue.
