Great Customer Service
So far a really positive experience dealing with the YLDFX team. My account manager Mark has been amazingly helpful.

YLDFX - THE ONLY BROKER YOU WILL EVER NEED!!
YLDFX - The Only Broker You Will EVER Need! Firstly, these guys are all traders themselves so they know exactly what people look for in a good broker. I have been with YLDFX for many months now and one of my main takeaways from them as a company is that they make things so simple for the customers like you and me. I have been with many other brokers before discovering YLDFX and have had nothing but problems with things like not closing my trades calling it slippage, trading against me and constantly getting harassed by telephone from account managers. Well, at YLDFX there is none of that. The guys are so nice and keep everything so simple. My own account manager, Ben, looked after me in a matter of hours from joining with the brokerage. He made things very clear whilst giving me multiple contact options if I needed him and explained all the important things like depositing and withdrawing etc. p.s** Both the spreads and leverage are amazing ** .. which is what we all look for! I have often emailed them asking about my account or querying something and the response time is just incredible. I could honestly sit here and type for hours on end about how impressive YLDFX are. GIve them a shot, I promise you that you will not regret it.
The YLDFX trading platform is super easy to use.
The YLDFX trading platform is super easy to use, even for a dinosaur like myself. I struggle with all forms of technology, and this was a huge barrier to overcome before I could feel confident to place any trade. Thankfully, my account manager at YLDFX has always been at hand to guide me through the process. Every query and request has been met with a professional congruence, that has reassured my decisions. My only regret, is that my decision to open an account with YLDFX, could have been made much sooner.
Best broker! Best customer service! Best experience!
Best broker! Best customer service! Best experience! There’s honestly no need to use a different broker. I’ve been with this broker for a while now and they have insane and so supportive customer service in addition to the best spreads you’ll find anywhere! Better than any other broker... Take my word for it.
Great platform, even greater service!
Great platform. Fantastic service from the team, especially Jack. Assistance is always there and more markets are due to be added soon!! I love that the projected deposit is higher than the current UK protected amount under the FSCS too.
5 star
After using several brokerages and having several a few issues a decided to change. My account with yldfx was set up in a few hours from submitting my docks, my deposit was processed on the same day and I even get my own account manager. I made a withdrawal and that was processed within a few hours. I would definitely recommend yldfx to others
Very impressed
I have been with YLDFX about 2 months now, started off small to see what it was like, I have done multiple withdrawals and not one has taken over 24 hours to be completed. I have to say I am massively impressed with the level of customer service offered, The part that stands out for me is the fact I have a dedicated number and email for my account manager. I don’t call a call centre or get passed around multiple departments. I find the MT5 platform great and the spreads beat my old brokerage. I highly recommend YLDFX to anyone who is looking for a reliable customer focused brokerage.
Well worth moving over to YLDFX
Having traded with a few other big named brokers, I recently moved over to YLDFX due to having issues withdrawing funds from my old broker! They’re a great brokerage with everything you need to trade ie 1:400 leverage and very competitive spreads along with exceptional customer care. Alex
