I have no teeth I'm on a fixed income I seen this ad I was wow I liked what I seen so I ordered some silicone dentures recieved dentures not what I ordered got some cheap hard dentures. Tried to get customer service phone number to return and could not get in contact or refund im really pissed off because this company is giving people hope to be able to afford dentures. But all they do is send cheap brand not right orders. This company is a fraud and I will never or recommend to order from this place. You as a company is doing false advertisement. You will get caught sooner or later.
The first thing it says in the review box is “what went wrong this time”. That statement says all you need to know. The set of teeth I ordered that you were supposed to warm up and mold to your mouth was nothing but a bunch of small white gel beads. Nothing like the advertising shows. CRAP. NEVER AGAIN

I purchased what was supposed to be a full denture set according to the advertisement. It was NOT. The package it came in Oralhoe Silicone Reline Protect Denture Set. It is nothing like the advertisements are showing. I have pictures of the package & what is inside it. I am sending a letter with my pictures to the Company listed on the shipping label I have no other contact info. The just arrived yesterday & I have been searching for contact information. I want my full amount they took from my account on 9/14/2026 refunded & where I can return this false advertised product. I was sent 3 identical boxes supposed to have been a buy one get one offer. $61.22 I DO NOT Recommend this product to anyone based on what they advertised & what I received. It was not the same. I hoped to be able to eat without so much pain & be able to actually chew or bite my food.
I ordered a full set of teeth. I assumed I ordered the wrong thing when I received a cheap "reline" kit. So I begged my husband to pay for the correct one. The delivery came and what I got was the same cheap reline kit. I called their # and its disconnected ( what a shock)! He (hubby) told me not to do business with this co. Now I have proof to show the bank we get 2 refunds not one. Screw trying to return anything. The wording was " you pay for the return and when they receive it they would make the decision of whether or not you get a refund!" PEOPLE WAKE UP THIS IS FRAUD. GO TO YOUR BAND AND CONTACT THE FRAUD DEPT AND DISPUTE YOUR TRANSACTION.
This is the second time I have ordered the full denture set that they show being driven over in the ad. This is also the second time they gave me only partials. I have no real teeth, and only ordered because I am desperate for teeth I can eat with. I've wasted $80 on their product! I don't recommend this company for anyone. It's a major scam!!! If Trust Pilot needs proof, I can send pictures, and screenshots. The only thing that will mollify me is them sending the totally full set upper and lower dentures that the ad showed being run over and still bouncing back. I had wondered if this was too good to be true, and apparently it is. False advertising. Still, definitely, a scam.

I ordered a non-Invasive smart Glucose meter thats made in the USA and found out its coming from yes China and it was on Yooyapp-store well I just received it. Its not what I ordered its a cheep version of a oxygen and pulse meter probably cost about 10 bucks. and it cost me $38.98 + $4.99 for shipping + $3.08 for tax which the state will never see and $3.90 Tip for screwing you. I sent a e-mail saying it was not the right Item I ordered but you know how that goes. The USPS label had a return address it said Jessica 5102 8th Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11220 paid with shopify.com account registered seller. So buyers be were scammer's are out to get you.
I wasted my money thinking I was buying a real silicone set of usable dentures. The dentures that came are stiff (not rubberized like the one I saw on the advertisement). I do not know why a copy would send fake dentures after advertising what looked like real dentures.. I will be seeking a full refund and would encourage this company to stop sending fake denture after advertising what looked like real ones. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

I ordered the full set of Dentures for 59.00 when my packaged arrived I recieved 3 boxes of Teeth that were so ridiculous they couldn't have cost them more than a dollar if that they were not dentures at all. It is totally a fraud. Then they said you can't return your order if it had been opened. You had to open one to see what they had sent. I wish I could show a picture of what i recieved. They are true thief.
