You’re right: the ability for bookers to choose between multiple appointment durations is no longer available on free accounts, and we understand that for use cases like yours (especially for charity work), that can be a dealbreaker. While multi-duration selection isn’t available on the free plan anymore, one possible workaround (if it helps at all) is creating two separate booking pages (one for half-day and one for full-day) and sharing both links. We know that’s not as seamless, and it may not fit everyone’s setup, but I wanted to mention it in case it’s useful. Our free plan is designed to support simple scheduling needs, while more advanced booking logic is part of our paid plans so we can continue maintaining and improving the product. That said, feedback like this is genuinely important to us, and we do pass it directly to our product team when making decisions about what’s included at each tier.
