After ordering I read the reviews here.... I realised it wasn't compatible with my TV which only works with external drives up to 2TB and my laptop 4TB. Read their returns, emailed them to arrange a return and was offered a $1AUD credit to my account and a 10% refund and keep the goods. I said no and this went back & forward until they reached 30%. Thats when I noticed the drives were only 30TB not 32TB as advertised. And they didn't appear to have any Bluetooth functionality or way of powering the unit without the USB. I emailed them, they denied it so I emailed them their ad and confirmation email stating 32TB and I was going to lodge a "goods sent not as described" chargeback through Visa. They immediately offered me the equivalent value of goods from 2 other websites, which I think were over inflated Temu dropshippers! I said no again so they offered me a 20% refund again! I'd had enough so I sent everything to Zip & they didn't even contact the merchant. They instantly refunded me as the merchant had broken their own returns process according to their website, and Visa's terms of service! Whatever you do, buy devices like this from PC stores or big name retailers that aren't going to sell you rubbish or muck you around if you want to return it. If they don't send you exactly what they advertised & you ordered it's on them to refund you or Visa will! These guys advertised on YouTube. With the exception of Amazon, that guarantees the prompt return/reimbursement of bad purchased items from vendors, physical trips to the stores is the only other way to securely make any purchase. I ordered the 32tb drive for $56.00 from a Yuaonew online TV ad. After more than 2 weeks, I sent them an email to determine the expected delivery date. They claim to not have any information about the transaction despite sending a screeshot of the credit card transaction. Unfortunately I realized too late that on the same date as my own order, other unfortunate customers had the same experience to have paid over AUD 80 for an external harddrive, only to receive a flimsy make-believe device that is completely useless and has no resemblance to what was advertised. On contacting the company it turned out that they have no return policy, even for faulty products. Now admittedly, this is not a faulty, normally functioning product but a non-device and a scam in the first place. After a heavy back and forth exchange with them, they offered a maximum of 35% return, starting off with offering 15%. So everyone who has placed an order can work out how much they made on your gullibility. I bought two, and the first one didn't work. Then, the second one did, and I transferred my family files, which include 50 years' worth of photos and videos. However, when I tried to open the Drive, the files were empty, just folders, but empty folders. I am devastated.
