Your order was placed as a pre-order with an estimated February delivery, which is why a tracking number hasn’t been issued yet. Tracking numbers are generated only when a guitar physically ships. This is the same process used for all customers who select a pre-order.
We did reach out by both email and phone to explain the schedule and confirm details. If you didn’t see those messages, they may have landed in spam or promotions folders, which can happen with automated or business emails.
Our priority isn’t just accuracy — it’s your peace of mind. If at any point you’d feel more comfortable, we’re happy to refund your payment now and finalize it only once your guitar arrives and you’ve confirmed you’re happy, or cancel the order entirely if you prefer. Whatever option makes you feel best, we’ll support it.

我有 4 把泰勒吉他。 914ce、614ce、512e、T5。 I like the easy play of the Taylor. I had heard of Zagar guitars but NEVER had a chance to play one. I did not know how easy it was to return one if I didn’t like it. 我的不好。 Anyhow, I recently visited a guitar center in Daytona Beach. I happen to see a Zager Parlor guitar.
