I either want the other two lights or a refund. ### ★☆☆☆☆ NOT to be trusted. If it looks too good to be true... - Andrew · 2024-11-11 Another typical chinese company that can't be trusted. Ordered some lights that should've arrived weeks ago, and using their 'app' it says "Order Placed"... not shipped or out for delivery, no... no tracking info given. I would think their communication would be better if they had a stock shortfall and products were on back-order, but no, not a word from them. Contacted them via their website last week and still nothing heard. AVOID. ### ★☆☆☆☆ SCAM!! - Ellen Thomassen · 2024-11-07 SCAM!!! Ordered 2 pendants, never seen them. Ignoring emails. DO NOT ORDER!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid using Zalap! - Paul Musgrave · 2024-09-24 Placed an order over 3months ago and have not heard anything. No response from multiple emails. Definitely a scam based on my experience. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Item never sent- no response - Kramia · 2024-04-25 Ordered pendant light almost 3 weeks ago, not yet dispatched and no response to emails. AVOID! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scam - stay away ! - Jamie · 2023-12-08 Scam. DO NOT USE THIS SITE Placed an order a month ago and still haven’t received it. Have emailed numerous times and no response. Scam ### ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed... scam? - Rasmus Sorensen · 2023-09-28 We purchased two expensive ($1,000 AUD order) pendant lights a month ago with a supposed delivery time of 9-15 days. We downloaded the shop app which is supposed to show tracking but simply says "order placed ". We have written countless emails to zalap and received zero response. Extremely disappointing and starting to think that this is a scam. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I don't speak this language so I have… - Kelvin Padgett · 2023-04-28 · 已验证 I don't speak this language so I have no idea what you're sending me if you can translate it to English that might help get a better rating ### ★★★★★ Zalap's Lighting Solutions are a Game Changer! - Linda Jimenez · 2023-04-17 I was amused by the quality and innovation of the lighting solutions offered by Zalap.
