Didn’t notify me about the cancellation of my order. Do not purchase anything from here. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Permantly Closed - Russell Minter · 2025-05-25 · 已验证 This store is closed but the e-commerce is still up and it will let you go through with a transaction. All the phone numbers are out of service and no one answers emails. ### ★☆☆☆☆ It looks like the company is no longer… - Kevin Grueneberg · 2025-05-09 · 已验证 It looks like the company is no longer existent. No replies to any communication on any channel, but they still accept orders and payments. Have tried reaching out through multiple channels without luck, so I am guessing a chargeback is the only way to move forward ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not sure this company is still operating.. - A · 2025-05-09 · 已验证 Not sure this company is operating anymore. Placed an order, paid for shipping, one week later, no delivery and zero communication from the company. I tried calling, WhatsApp, emailing, and an enquire on their site - nothing gets a response and no one gets back to me. I understand things happen but some communication with customers would be great. Accepting an order and having it stuck in “awaiting fulfilment” with zero response to customers is not usual practice. ### ★★★★★ Prompt Delivery and Customer Engagement - KW · 2025-04-14 · 已验证 I was contacted by the company after the order has been made to update me on the preparation and delivery status. ### ★★★★★ Great customer service - Dylan Chettri · 2024-05-09 Great customer service, great and affordable hotdogs and sandwiches ### ★★★★★ You have to try the Weißwurst - Metty · 2024-04-27 You have to try the Weißwurst, simply great. Friendly staff and great product selection of German goods. ### ★★★★★ Everything is great - James Kan · 2024-02-29 · 已验证 Everything is great, from order to self pick up. ### ★★★☆☆ Soft opening means limited inventory…… - Disturbed · 2024-02-13 · 已验证 Soft opening means limited inventory… understandable! Looking forward to when full stocked and fully operational. Love German products and look forward to continuing my shopping experience with you. ### ★★★★★ Never fails AAA+++ - Tarkan Kaya · 2024-02-07 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Fast and friendly delivery. - Sven · 2024-01-20 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Great place to get German snacks - Michelle Lim · 2024-01-15 · 已验证 Extremely fast delivery. We ordered in the morning and our goodies arrived in the afternoon (on the same day). Order was correct and in good condition. My husband was very happy to be able to get the german xmas snacks which reminded him of home. Haribo - great xmas selection (cant find them in fairprice or cold storage). Prices are reasonable. Will purchase from them again! ### ★★★★★ Friendly and very efficient! - Ai Nah Rhotert · 2024-01-06 · 已验证 Friendly and very efficient! Met my needs for my ordered goods! Thank you, Benjamin! ### ★★★★★ Highly recommend - ES · 2023-12-30 · 已验证 Quick delivery, friendly staff and the only place in Singapore I can get the German delights I had been craving for! ### ★★★★★ Prompt delivery of delicious Christmas Stollen - Uwe H Kaufmann · 2023-12-24 · 已验证 Thank you very much for the prompt delivery and the delicious Stollen. Gerne wieder. :-) ### ★★★★★ Great service and fast delivery - Francesco · 2023-12-21 · 已验证 ### ★★★★★ Ordering online is easy and efficient. - Ursula B. · 2023-12-18 · 已验证 Ordering online is easy and efficient. I am a very satisfied customer! ### ★★★★★ Christmas Delight! - Doreen · 2023-12-17 · 已验证 This Christmas season, I was delighted to discover ZeGerman, who made me very happy with their wonderful gift of candy canes along with my order of Christmas delights! Their courteous customer support was super and immediate and their delivery was fast! To the innovative people behind ZeGerman - thank you so much - I look forward to ordering from you again! Have a beautiful and blessed Christmas! ❤️ ### ★★★☆☆ I didn’t know - Anna Modersohn · 2023-12-11 · 已验证 I didn’t know, when the delivery would take place. The delivery was incomplete at first. Some products were from another, cheaper brand, than I had ordered. The second delivery again took place without any notification and the chocolate in there just melted away in my hallway. But the customer service was very polite. ### ★★★★★ Great selection, fast delivery - Tobi · 2023-12-06 · 已验证 Great selection of long missed German products, esp. the Christmas products are right on time to give us some feelings like home. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/zegerman.sg - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/zegerman.sg - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
