Kindly keep in mind that the working hours are 10 AM - 6 PM (UTC+2) (Mon-Fri). The template you are working with was purchased from the TemplateMonster marketplace. Technical support for TemplateMonster orders is provided via the marketplace ticket system - you can submit a ticket anytime via your TemplateMonster account to get assistance directly from the theme authors. The average reply time in the ticket system is 24 hours. While we can provide assistance with general installation and customization requests quickly via Facebook chat as well, more complex requests, like the one you have, require more time and are considered via tickets only. Unfortunately, we still have not received the requested details and information in your ticket #63a231c477a4d42ba3003842. We would appreciate it if you provide us with the requested information so we can continue working on your requests effectively. Thank you!
