The Staff responded to my ticket seconds after it opened, and managed to provide me enough information to troubleshoot my domain issue with ease! However, if you have anything else to add on after you say that your issue is resolved, you should re-open the ticket to inform them that you still need help. I initially switched server hosts from Exaroton to Zenix as their servers are based in Singapore, where I live, and I would highly recommend their hosting services to any software developer in the Southeast Asia region! > 商家回复 (2026-09-03): Thank you! ### ★★★★★ Very good - Zims · 2026-08-10 Very good. Very fast. Very cheap. But from the looks of it they just started doing this so a lot of stuff are being implemented/fixed. Some things are kinda missing, but overall the experience was good. Their service/chat support is quick and helpful. ### ★★★★★ Best minecraft hosting - Ben · 2026-08-04 Best minecraft hosting Active owner and admins Thanks to escherlol and regplayz for active support. The staff are really accommodating (my king escher), and I've experienced no ping whatsoever in my server. No complaints. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not the Reliable Free Hosting It Claims to Be - IHasHands · 2026-06-22 My experience with Zenix has not been positive. For a service that advertises itself as reliable free hosting, I found reliability and communication to be lacking. Server downtime and service issues were not handled in a way that inspired confidence, and interactions with staff often felt unprofessional. One of my biggest concerns is how criticism is handled. Negative feedback appears to be met with defensiveness rather than a genuine effort to understand and address user concerns. Transparency and professionalism are important qualities for any hosting provider, and in my experience, those areas need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zenix to users looking for reliable free hosting or a professionally managed service. > 商家回复 (2026-06-22): To quote your exact words directly, in response to staff. "do you have a brain" "just k y s" (x2!) "bro fuck this" "i asked a question, smart ass" "cry about it" (x2!) "This is just proof that you're stupid and ain't reading the msgs" "if u cant bare the lossess dont give out services like this" "u just cry and timeout" "did ur brain die with it?" "Does it look like i give a fuck? Ass hosting Ass customer service And the most important Ass staff" "Suck my cock" we banned you in accordance to our ToS against abuse of staff. ### ★★★★★ The servers being located in Singapore - Albus Chess · 2026-06-18 Pro Zenix is my preferred choice out of the hosting services out there. The server location is set to Singapore so as someone from Asia, the experience was smooth and worth the price! > 商家回复 (2026-06-22): Thank you! ### ★★★★★ The second best of the best - Kyotoroy · 2026-06-17 Prism nodes lite version Very good, good experience very cheap and also this hosting server is not like usual hosting server ### ★★★★★ Zenix Hosting - Kandy Club · 2026-06-03 The server hosting is nice servers work well > 商家回复 (2026-06-22): Thank you! ### ★★★★★ Great game server hosting - Velo · 2026-06-02 Great game server hosting! I had several servers at several hosts and overall, zenix did 10x better than any of the hosts i've tried. I'm totally satisfied with their services and I hope this host gets more popular so everyone could hear abt it. > 商家回复 (2026-06-22): Thank you! ### ★★★★★ Honestly one of the better hosts out… - Hello · 2026-06-02 Honestly one of the better hosts out there with custom software and really responsive staff who are really nice and help out with almost everything > 商家回复 (2026-06-22): Thank you! ### ★★★★★ Best Hosting Ever. - soybeaners · 2026-05-17 This company is stellar. 5 star hosting, 5 star owner, absolutely the best hosting I've ever signed up for. Totally worth my money and will definitely recommend it to many. ### ★☆☆☆☆ when i tried to create a server they… - Haider Ali · 2026-05-16 when i tried to create a server they are saying thsi from last day i am trying every hour( No available allocations (ports) on node 1) > 商家回复 (2026-05-17): That means free servers are out of stock. Furthermore, we are not affiliated with ZenixCloud.IN . ### ★★★★☆ High potential for this server - Elytra Artyle · 2026-04-23 I think this hosting is great tbh, its not as big as others but it is viable and cheap yet strong server capabilites that you can even choose what type of server you want it to be based on your ideal price, which i think is very great and the fact that the main server is in singapore, its a great option for others from southeast asia to create one. its still a new service so it wouldn't be that extreme high performance, but to compare with other server service provider that i've seen, this one is on top fr fr. Nonetheless the staff also helpful if anythin happens, real people real answers. One more is they have free server that can be upgraded (more than other free server ones), you just gotta be fast to get one. (you can also modded lmao ts great) ### ★★★★★ Best hosting ive tried - pinkaroo · 2026-04-22 Genuinely the best hosting ive ever tried, good customer service asia servers close to ph (vietnam), 4 gb ram.
