I reached out to them and they responded one time, but never responded since I was able to get my money returned from the credit card company, but I for sure will never use them again. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Total bait and switch company - Johnny Valencia · 2026-05-15 Total bait and switch company. 100% scam. Ordered and paid for a mechanical box toy with the octopus inside and i received an envelope with a paper puzzle to build a box that looks absolutely nothing like what was advertised. Emailed them numerous times and they said they messed up and would mail me the correct item. Never received anything. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered a $40 gift for my dad and… - Sarah Dobbins Renick · 2026-05-01 Ordered a $40 gift for my dad and received a stuffed octopus. Never received what I ordered. This place is a huge ripoff scam. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Did not get what I ordered - Pamela Jacks · 2026-04-30 Did not get what I ordered. Absolute scam ### ★☆☆☆☆ Complete Scam - Martin · 2026-04-29 Complete Scam - all you get is little bits of balsa wood. ### ★☆☆☆☆ ZOOEMO Scam - Robert · 2026-04-24 I had a very bad experience with ZOOEMO. They appear to use product images taken from original sellers, but what they actually ship is low-quality and misleading. It feels like this is done intentionally to make the refund process more confusing and difficult. I reported the transaction to my bank and requested a chargeback, which was successfully processed. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I strongly recommend contacting your bank immediately to try and recover your money. ### ★☆☆☆☆ This is a scam. Zero stars. - Tee-Jay · 2026-04-23 This is a scam. Unfortunately I didn’t research the reviews before my purchase! As per all other reviews, the product supplied is entirely different to what is advertised. You will not receive what you thought you had ordered. Instead you will receive a completely worthless make-it-yourself balsa wood kit for something completely different, that personally I wouldn’t pay $1 for. This website should be shut down and the seller should be investigated for fraud. ### ★☆☆☆☆ You won’t get what you ordered - Mark Tyler · 2026-04-23 You won’t get what you ordered ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scam company - orrin justin · 2026-04-23 Scam company - Avoid!!!!!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered 2 of the little octopus closing… - Stephen Smith · 2026-04-20 Ordered 2 of the little octopus closing lid toys. Was shipped about 50 cents worth of utter rubbish that needs to be assembled and doesn’t even look like what was purchased. Paid over 100 AUD and this on line store should be avoided. Avoid - Andrew Pech · 2026-04-11 I wish I would have researched before purchasing. A site that has Apple Pay I generally feel is legit, but I guess not. Echoing others experiences, bought one thing and got something way different than ordered. Reached out to the “email” address on cc and of their contact link and no response for weeks. Next I’m reaching out to the bank and FTC ### ★☆☆☆☆ Zooemo! Not legit!!! Bait and switch! - Jim H · 2026-04-11 Bait and switch! Paid $49 for a Treasure Guardian Octopus.
