我于 5 月 20 日注册了服务，并被告知安装可能需要长达 60 天的时间。该窗口来了又去，没有安装，没有安排电话，也没有任何形式的联系。 

当我最终追查到它时，我得到的只是一个提交了票证的聊天代理，这正是我自己已经做过的事情。自那以后？蟋蟀。

老实说，我很高兴在我成为付费客户之前看到注册过程的处理有多糟糕。我把它当作一个标志，取消了，我会等待一个真正知道自己在做什么的光纤提供商。

很难理解一家公司如何宣传它无法提供的服务，然后甚至无法管理最基本的后续工作。 

从头到尾运行不佳；如果它们能持续很长时间，我会感到惊讶。

Were truly sorry for the poor customer experience. The outage was unfortunate and not a great moment for us. Unfortunately inspite of our teams tirelous efforts to assist our backhaul provider, the damage caused to their fiber as a result of construction work in the area affected the resolution time. 

We hope you received the letter sent out to all our affected customers from our CEO which reflects the ownership we took of the outage and our sincerest apology for the downtime. 

We certainly will work harder to improve.

We're certainly are not happy that this incident which occured as a result of construction work in the area affected our network as the fiber cables were damaged. We are working with our backhaul provider partners on next steps in an effort to ensure we can minimise the impact of this type of downtime our customers suffered.
