But things started to get a little murky once a tracking number was given. I reached out to support a few times, and received an email saying the package had shipped. 10 days later, I receive a text from “ usps” stating my package was delivers to the warehouse but can’t be delivered unless I provide my mailing address ( already provided during checkout) , and the legal name as it appears on my credit card, plus credit card information. USPS has no record of a package with the tracking number I was given. Either this company is a fake, or they don’t bother vetting their sellers for fraud . I don’t recommend ordering from them. I’ll update review if I hear back for support and recieved the item I ordered or a full refund. Aside from it taking longer than 10-15 business days, I am disappointed to say I received the wrong item. I sent a lengthy email to explain the situation, and included images of what I was supposed to receive and what I actually received. The book was not a hard back, the pages are a dark, thick material. Hard to read and the drawings are hard to see. The cover, as it is not a hard back, it is not made of leather. Just a foam-like texture. As a result, the cover did not adhere properly to the pages of the book, and the cover is peeling off. This is how the item was received. I sent my email asking on how to fix this and was never responded to. It has been a week and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm sad to say, I do believe this site to be a scam.
