You have refused to specify which location you would prefer to pickup the packages. You have refused to communicate with me in an appropriate manner to resolve your inquiry. Stacking the same review here multiple times is not going to deter current and future clients from shopping with us. Clients love us, because we treat them like family. Just as I treated you when I offered an olive branch to reach an amicable resolution for your order. If you do not wish to respond to my email, that's your prerogative.
