I have ordered a Galatasaray jersey

I have ordered a Galatasaray jersey, but they have not shipped They told me they don't have stock, and asked me to choose something else. I don't want it; I want a refund. Please give my money back.

delayed delivery then no compensation for lost parcel

The order took 6 weeks to arrive instead of 2 weeks as promised and at the wrong address! The parcel was then lost and we've never been able to obtain any form of compensation. Purchased for a Xmas present for children we were all so disappointed!

return shirt back in oct2024 because…

return shirt back in oct2024 because way to small for me consider it was a large and all my football shirts are this size. For many month with emails i found it was held in customs with the address they told me to use for returns. Today may2025 the parcel has return back to me. Proper SCAM

Do not use this company..

2 tshirts . Too big wanted refund as small is smallest size. After several emails . Kept offering to exchange . No don't want exchange . Then offered 20% refund and keep tshirts . No . then 30% . No . Sent back stupidly at my own cost to CHINA . And now company not responding to me at all and parcel sitting awaiting for duties and taxes to be paid that was over 2 weeks ago. So waste of time and money .... DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!

SCAM COMPANY

Scam company based in China. Bought a Bayern Munich jersey for £40 in February. Item did not arrive. They said it was posted but never sent any tracking details despite numerous emails. They refused to send a refund and I had to go through my bank to get the money back

Disgusting company refuse a refund even though I hadn't received my order after numerous emails it's no going forward just saying my order is ready to ship and has been for the last 3 weeks. I've belive this company too be fake and untrustworthy. PLEASE DO NOT order from here because you are just losing money.

No customer service

I was placing an order but changed my mind. There was an option on the website to cancel and not process the order but it didn't work. I contacted them immediately on 29th January to ask for a refund and they informed me that the problem had been escalated and a refund would be issued shortly. As yet (16th February) nothing has been actioned despite numerous emails back and forth

If I could give this Company a -1 I would. Please do not buy anything from them, they are thieves!! I purchased a Chelsea top from them in early December asked for a specific name to be printed in the back, when the top arrived it had the incorrect name on the back, I have emailed on numerous occasions and they advised me that I could return the item but would have to pay the shipping cost, this I obviously refused as it states on their website they would provide me with a prepaid paid postage label, I have tried to get a refund for the purchase as it is now useless to me, suddenly they have stopped responding to my emails!! I guess they’re trying to avoid my messages to so they can tell me I can’t get a refund as it’s now past 30days! How very disappointing.

I recently received my order of two retro Liverpool Shirts from 365djerseys36, and was sent one in the wrong size I ordered the two in XL but was sent one S. I have tried ringing the number given which puts me through to trust pilot and the email address given won't let me send an email to that address. It states that's they will exchange and just let them know and they will send out a returns label. They also say returns must be done within 30 days, as I am a disabled OAP I am getting worried that time is running out for this exchange to be made also if this might be a scam company. Please can you advise me as I'm at the end of my tether, trying to get through to this company thank you for your time.

SMALL SIZES IMPOSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE

Order finally arrived after a long wait and to my youngsters disappointment it was two sizes too small. Tried the whole exchange process and even though I was told it wasn't a problem they wouldn't give me a return shipping label or even an address! Phone number and address on their website is a fake so don't even bother trying! Ended up just giving up, do yourself a favour and stay clear of these scammers.

CROOK DON'T BUY ON 365JERSEY !!!!

I purchased a jersey e/o June and it arrived mid-august. I paid for the 'player' quality jersey and what I got is worst than a 1EUR Jersey on Bangkok market (fabric is rough) For sure after 2 months no one is answering to my several requests for refund even though there is clear rules for refund on their website. Anyway I lost my money but I will launch a legal procedure to prevent them to continue their fraud business in France.

I paid extra for premium delivery to get the shirt in time for the Euros, it said 4-9 days delivery, I have now been waiting 3 weeks and it has only just left China, ridiculous!
