I recently received my order of two retro Liverpool Shirts from 365djerseys36, and was sent one in the wrong size I ordered the two in XL but was sent one S. I have tried ringing the number given which puts me through to trust pilot and the email address given won't let me send an email to that address. It states that's they will exchange and just let them know and they will send out a returns label. They also say returns must be done within 30 days, as I am a disabled OAP I am getting worried that time is running out for this exchange to be made also if this might be a scam company. Please can you advise me as I'm at the end of my tether, trying to get through to this company thank you for your time.
