Im only giving 1 star because you can't give 0 stars. I made an order with 4customize and never received it. I tried to contact them several times through there email support but never received a response. The tracking information they provided was very general.it wasnt useful to truly track an order. This is not the site for a business to use. Lost profits and deadlines missed.
Great customer service
I am very happy with this company. Their communication is great. I am sure they are based in China but they have fluent English speakers who will communicate with you. Every question I asked by e-mail was answered within one business day. I had a problem with my delivery and they were very understanding and accommodating. I recommend them purely based on their terrific customer service and I would use them again.
