Doesn't work and best of luck getting a human response from them. I've spent days trying to get it to work with an inexpensive test esim. Everything looks good but no connection. I even setup a duplicate esim on my second phone that has native esim support. It worked flawlessly. 9esim is a waste of time and money
Very fast shipping for a V3 card. Installed without problem and immediately recognized by the app. Tried downloading a simple 3 day package for my area (Canada) and it was simple and it worked. Tried to transfer my sim package from current provider, PC mobile, and had no success. They didn't understand the concept of an esim "card". Kept stating that esim would not work on my phone. Got a free 15 day trial with Fizz. Installed and working flawlessly at the moment (day one). Will comment later if there are problems. I intend to switch to Fizz at end of trial time. Two days later completed porting to Fizz. Download of esim was fast and easy but porting took time because call to previous provider was required to release number. Had trouble getting APN setup for internet because script did not fully load. All resolved. Bought a test data package for Mexico from 9esim that was cheaper than other providers and downloaded effortlessly. Very happy.
Love that i can now use esims on my non-esim phone. Found it a little complex to set up but once going, it worked well in Indonesia and now heading to UK and Europe. Highly recommend
Do not purchase! your number will start being detected as spam, and you won't receive SMS or even make phone calls. Worst: I used to have this phone number to receive the 2FA of my bank, and I stopped receving them. The company does not answers email back. Worst 30USD spent.

They are useless and not honest people. I bought a sim from them and they did not mention to me it wouldn't work with Vodafone network. Then I called them again and I asked for a refund. They asked me to buy a new sim (version V.2 isued after December 2024) and they would upload the eSIM of my number ( I sent them my QR code) nad what? they lied to me. They just sent me the same not working with Vodafone eSIM without installing my number on it (they promised it to me before the shipment and I asked in the note of my order to do it on my behalf). I have bought now my V3 sim and if this does not work I have to ask for a refund (which they never gave it to me because I was refunded by the purchase protection department of PayPal) Morevover they always ignored my email to them . Thats why after many frustartions I came here to complain. Please guys, if you have Vodafone DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE MANY HEADACHES.
