⚠️极其不专业和欺诈的经历⚠️ 这家公司绝对是一个骗局。我本来要参加考试，但没有监考人员出现。我花了几个小时等待，抛开重要的个人责任，结果却被完全忽视。 当我联系客服时，体验变得更糟。该代表不尊重、粗鲁且不专业。她不断地打断我，不允许我解释情况，并拒绝妥善解决我对他们糟糕服务的投诉。 然后我被告知，尽管从未提供过该服务，但不会退款。结果，我赔了钱，浪费了宝贵的时间，缺了三天的课，现在又得找另一家公司再付钱。 这是不可接受的、具有欺骗性的商业行为。我强烈不向任何人推荐这家公司。为自己减轻压力、时间和金钱。

The issue was not that the proctor failed to connect; rather, the chat session was closed before the assigned proctor was able to share the meeting details where the session would take place. Our support team did provide assistance; however, a refund was requested. A partial refund was issued, as the training’s instructional resources had already been completed.
