Defective Jeans

Defective Jeans. Customer service does not respond

I love the pants/ They now cost too much.

I love the pants and I own 19 pair, but I won't be buying any more because when I bought my other pants they were $40 @ pair, but now they are $72 @ pair. After adding on the price of shipping and handling it's twice as much per pair. So you have now lost a customer. Thank you, Merle A. Berry

These jeans are SO comfy and flattering. I could wear them all day everyday!

Sizing chart was wrong, material wasn’t stretchy, made in China crap

Sizing chart was completely wrong. It was two sizes smaller than was listed as my usual size. I could barely get my legs in the pants. The material is not as stretchy as shown, this screams “made in China” with both the quality and small Asian sizing. This is the worst piece of clothing I’ve ever bought and I wish I could return it. Huge waste of money!

Have not received my order

Have not received my order. Would appreciate expected arrival time or tracking number. Thank you.

Size guidelines were inaccurate.

Size guidelines were inaccurate. I bought size A as the sizing guidelines indicated size 10-16. I am size 14 normally but the skinny jeans were way too small. I am hoping to return.

I really like most of your pants

I really like most of your pants, however your return policy is seriously needing some changes! It's very apparent that returns are purposely difficult.

Quality is on point

Quality is on point . The fit is on point . The colours Devine .

Super-fast shipping

Super-fast shipping, always. I've ordered from AB Skinny a few times, and each time the order reaches me super-fast. The pants are great fitting and comfortable. The colors are great too, and don't fade with washing. The only thing I do see, is that fine elastic pieces start appearing, after only a few times of wearing it. Thank you AB Skinny for a great product.

Order came quickly

Order came quickly. It was true to size. It would be great if they came in lengths. I would need long.

These are not skinny jeans

These are not skinny jeans. The ankle opening is wide. To return them was going to be over $300. Learned my lesson

not a good fit

not a good fit, zipper stays open on the top in spite of proper sizing everywhere else. No bulge, just zipper stays down

These pants are great

These pants are great! They stretch nicely and still keep their shape. They wash well and there is no shrinkage at all. Love the colours and feel. I would like to see an extra length option as I am tall and this would be useful for me especially for a winter look.

Contact from you please

I need to return 1 pair of pants and exchange another for a larger size and have had no contact from you.

Faulty zip on both pairs. No reply to my emai;

I bought two pairs - not cheap, they have almost doubled in price. On one the zip doesn't work and the other the zip keeps coming down. Both pairs not wearable. Have emailed several times and had no reply at all. Very disappointed.

Pants way smaller than indicated on the size chart and recommendation to go down a size if in between is way off as well.
