DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!! I purchased a mirror on the mano mano app and I returned the item as I didn't need it. I have been chasing for refund and I get ignored. I gave them a bad review on the app and they blocked it.
Do not order from them!!! Ordered a toilet and it turns out to be leaking and faulty. Ruined my floor, they offered £5 off a new one. Refused to collect the item so I am stuck with a useless toilet and have to pay someone to dispose of it. Take your money else where
It is not reachable, cant find anyone, phone and email are all not reachable. So concern this is a fraud.
Email me to say item had been shipped. I Emailed them about 5 times, no response. Then I emailed them I would inform credit card company , following which they said they would refund me, still waiting! Note. There is no contact number.
Ordered ok, no updates, so after 2 weeks asked what was happening with the order, which you then replied saying you had cancelled the order and refunded me!
Impossible to contact, dont waste your time,
