My order #15397 (shipped via CTT Express) was never delivered. After weeks of waiting and ignoring my emails, support finally promised in writing: 'we will resend the item directly to you'. Updated: Initial shipment was lost but customer service sent a replacement free of charge. Happy with the solution

Addiesdive AD2537 I bought a AD2537, Addiesdive sent me the incorrect watch, after a brush off email they then refuse further contact. These guys have no customer service and will scam you when it suits them buyer beware. ORDER #16000

Hello, I've always been passionate about watches, especially dive watches. My collection includes about thirty watches, many of them Seikos, as I love that brand. I recently discovered Addiesdive dive watches and I already own four! I chose the 39mm quartz model, and it was a very pleasant surprise in terms of comfort on the wrist (mine is 20cm); the comfort is truly exceptional. The watch is perfectly balanced, very aesthetically pleasing, with traditional "homage" elements but also original features. Thank you so much to your entire team for designing and manufacturing such beautiful and comfortable watches. I personally own the AD2068 in two different colors, and the AD2501, also in two color combinations. I love them!

I love Addiesdive watches! I have purchased 10 watches and they all perform great! The finish, movements, etc. are unbelievable for the price point. I have many Swiss, German, & Japanese brands and I wear my Addiesdive watches as often as the others. Looking at them now on their website!

My watch arrived much faster than expected and was a great price. However, when my watch arrived, it had a silicone strap rather than the metal bracelet. I contacted customer service and the communication was great. They sent me the proper band immediately. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing value, high quality watch
Right out of the box my Addiesdive 'Cpt Willard' became my favorite watch. Styling is great, keeps superb time and reminds me of an old watch I loved when I was in the army. Quality is awesome as well. Bought on Amazon and got it quickly - get it, you will love it.
Best watch I’ve ever owned
I have been fortunate to own several Omega and Rolex watches over the years - but I’ve never owned a watch more reliable AND accurate as my Addiesdive 38mm ‘Explorer lookalike’ with the NH35 movement. I wear this watch every day - and rarely have to adjust it, as it keeps time perfectly. This is a well built comfortable timepiece - so easy to read the time day or night… thanks to the excellent luminosity. I no longer wear my Rolex GMT… it’s for sale. I’m sticking with Addiesdive.
