I am yet to receive a confirmation olemail from my order made weeks ago. I emailed adoring dresses 3 times and never received a response. My item in the website says dispatched but I haven't received shipping details. I am worried I won't be receiving this dress at all. Glad I paid via PayPal because they seem unreliable and dodgy. Won't purchase from here again given they don't send any details or receipts or tracking!!! Disappointed. Considering it says .com.au that's a lie!!!
SCAM website, also known as Dress Market and Imerle LTD.
They are a dishonest Chinese Company who don’t care that they bring the reputation of legitimate Chinese traders down with them.
When I ordered a pair of shoes, I received no confirmation email, no shipping details, no item after 2 weeks. Appears they weren’t planning to send anything, then claimed they would only refund my postage. I reported them to PayPal and got my full payment back. Thieves.
This store is horrendous. I measured the dress when it arrived as it didn’t even fit over my ass. I was wondering why and it turns out that the dress is 5 inches smaller than what I ordered. I made contact and they argued that it was correct sizing and when I sent pictures of The measuring tape accused me of measuring the wrong section. The dress fits on the mannequin they said. There are rips and tears in the under layer and they still say get it fixed local? It’s a bit of a joke. On top of all this. The material feels like a tablecloth from Kmart.
I have asked several times for phone numbers, names and addresses to provide to my lawyer and they refuse to provide details.
They did offer me a 10% refund which I think is laughable. Be careful ladies.
They are the worst people to deal with. I ordered a dress, it was way too big and they refuse to provide a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE
They delivered my wedding dress with a long delay after my wedding and didn’t refund. On top of that, the dress material is awful and not like the photos! What a waste and what a disappointing costumer service.
Should have done my research before ordering from this place.
Unclear instructions and terrible service. Attempted to contact them on numerous occasions to clarify my order -no responses. Only when I received my incorrect order that I got a response advising that they could no do anything to help. Their responses times are terrible and their overall response in general is very rude.

I ordered a dress, was never given a tracking number or anything. Emailed for weeks asking about my dress. Then when someone finally spoke to me they said it was already delivered when I know it hadn’t been. And now I’m out of pocket over $300.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service I have EVER encountered! I ordered 5 champagne flower girl dresses to match my own dress. Upon arrival, the colour of the dresses were evidently gold and when I tried emailing them of my troubles, customer service was extremely dismissive and refused to answer any questions I had. I will be getting this dispute investigated further and I strongly recommend that no one wastes their money, effort and time on such a poor excuse for a business!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I bought a custom made dress on measurements which were done by a professional. The dress arrived what a bloody disgrace!!!. It doesnt fit I can not even fasten it up. the stitching is that shoddy and uneven everywhere a child could have done better. When I saw the site I thought it was an Australian/UK site NO its a bloody Chinese site. I have contacted them to return it but they wont provide an address they offered me 10% refund to help get it fixed by a dressmaker. Unfortunately there is no extra material to fix. I wish I could put photos up. So beware!!!. I have put it on FB which will go around the world as I have friends and family across the globe. I am sorry I wasted my money. they should be ashamed of themselves showing pictures of beautiful dresses and sending disgusting made up ones.
I wish I could put a picture up so you could see my dress. I absolutely loved my dress it was beautiful. I was very scared with I saw the package the dress was inside out I guess to protect the embellishments. After it was steamed all the wrinkles came out. I did a custom order with my measements instead of going with the traditional size. It was a little to snug but the height was perfect. I contacted customer service to exchange for a size up but I would be charged 50% for returning a custom dress so I just kept it and had a $17 corset put in the back and it was perfect. Overall I was still more than satisfied with the dress I think it looked better than the picture online. Moral of the story be very careful with sizing.
My daughter had found a wedding dress she liked for $1,600. We decided to take a look on line and found your site. She saw a dress almost identical on your site for $221! We decided we had nothing to lose...except possibly $221. We took her measurements and sent along our order. We were very pleased with the dress when it arrived earlier than expected. We have had SO many compliments on the dress and our daughter was happy and looked so beautiful in it! Wish we could post a picture of her. Thank you for helping to make her day special and for helping us to afford a lovely dress for our daughters wedding.

This company is NOT based in the USA. They make it look like they are but they ship all their products from China. This means if anything goes wrong, you're out of luck, which is exactly what happened to me.
I bought a custom-sized dress. First of all, it looks nothing like the picture, hence the measurement is not accurate as provided. Secondly the materials quality is very rough and bad. Wearing a cheap table cloth materials as wedding gown is totally unacceptable. Lastly and the most horrible is the finishing, you can spot the ink smearing part of the dress due to the poor workmanship from their factory. This is absolutely unacceptable! I contacted the customer support, they are very irresponsible to take the responsible.
This is clearly a SCAM! Do not ruin your special day by wasting your money on this company's clothing. This business model is created to completely take advantage of people. They operate under multiple aliases and websites. For eg. New Adoring Dress, June Bridals and etc. I think that most of the positive reviews on their website must be fakes. You may read some of their reviews from Google yourself.
Dress was a misfit even with specific measurements
This dress was to be a bridesmaid dress in a wedding. I bought it in the recommended time frame due to my pregnancy. I was measured x3 just to make sure for accuracy and a good fit since I only had one shot at a custom made dress coming from China. The dress came in the mail by DPS and arrived when it was supposed to BUT after 10pm to my neighbors house (which I did not authorize). When I tried it on it was ill fitting and certainly didn't resemble the picture online. Apparently whoever made it allowed way too much material for growth, and I was to be "whale size" by the time I wore it. Alterations on this dress would far exceed what I paid for it so as far as I am concerned, that was $100+ down the drain and back to square one. I am deeply disappointed.
****Update: I received an immediate reply that they would happily refund 80% of my money but they never did. Even after multiple attempts of contacting them they never responded!!! Looks like to me they never intended to fix the problem and just wanted to shut me up by me removing my post!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I bought a custom-sized dress. It looks nothing like the picture. In fact, the entire top is see through besides two bright white circular pads repurposed from an 80s business woman's suit shoulder pads. I think they are meant to be...breast pads? I'm not really sure what they are for. When my friends saw them their only response was "WHY?" On top of that, the bottom of the dress had black hair in it. Disgusting! I contacted customer care and they said they would not refund a custom-sized dress, even though it is a quality issue and not a size issue. This is clearly a SCAM!!!!! Do not ruin your special day by wasting your money on this company's clothing. I think that most of the positive reviews here must be fakes.

I bought a dress and decided that I wanted custom to my size so I didn't have to alter later ... I was a bit hesitant to do it but it was the best decision.. When I order the dress and send the measurements I mess up on my bust inches so I wrote an email to let them know and they emailed me back and said they got it ! That for me was awesome:) and I got my dress and it's perfect! The fit is perfect ! Love it thank u so much .. Ohh and the price it's so great !!! Can't wait to be a bridesmaid again so I can order another dress!
Ordered my wedding dress from adoringdress.com (not adoringdress.co). It was a custom fit gown. Took 9 days from order to delivery and was amazed at the fit and quality of the workmanship. Would order from this company again.
