Hi Bradley, Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the order and understand the frustration around the delivery not being completed as expected. The material ordered was limestone. In that part of South Carolina, the supplier that previously carried the limestone option discontinued it, and the locally available replacement material is now predominantly granite. Once this became clear, our team worked to find an alternative solution and continued trying to secure delivery rather than simply canceling the order. The available replacement material came with a different cost, which was communicated before proceeding. Since the updated price was not accepted, we were not able to complete the delivery under the original material and pricing conditions. We regret that this affected your project schedule. At the same time, we want to clarify for future customers that this was a supplier availability and material substitution issue in the local market, not a case of our team ignoring the order or failing to take action. We are also improving our internal systems so that when local supplier availability changes, customers can be updated even earlier and with clearer options before delivery.
