Quentin, We are sincerely apologetic regarding the experience with the parking lot. If you had reached out prior and we had not refunded you, we are so sorry for that as well! We pulled up your reservation and provided you with a full refund for your troubles. Unfortunately, with the parking lot not returning your calls, we are unable to push that trough as we dont work with the parking lot directly. We wish you luck on the resolution to the incident.
