We are so sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced upon returning to your car. However, it clearly states on our website that the shuttle that the TYS Courtyard stops running at 5PM. As for the holiday rates, the hotels decide how much we charge for parking and we have to control over that aspect. Despite this, we hope you park with us again on your next trip!! We are very sorry to hear of this situation. Unfortunately, we are only given a select number of spots at Park EZ Fly per our contract with them. When all of our allotted spots are booked on our website they are listed as sold out, even though they may have more spots open at the actual lot. Park EZ Fly may have contracts with other companies like us as well as people paying to park as they arrive. In this instance it seem the parking lot may have over booked itself without our company selling out of our allotted parking spots. Again we sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience.
