This company is a scam. I ordered a product in October 2024 and two months later I still don't have it. I traced the tracking number and it states that the delivery failed because they couldn't find the recipient. When I called the USPS which the vendor told me to you they stated that the tracking number wasn't in the system.
I ordered a dress for $35. Got the package, it was a different dress that I didn't want and will never fit me. I sent an email to their support email, and they offered me a refund of $10. I will never shop on akeap.com again. Also, you can't leave reviews on the website, which should have been a red flag.
Purchased a heated eyelash curler for over $40 (paid with PayPal) at akeap.com from an ad on pinterest. It curls your eyelashes for aprx. 30 seconds. As soon as they cool, the curl disappears ! D O N " T BUY !
