They will send you things that are worthless and will never send things that you actually need or want Scammers
THEY ARE SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY
They Never deliver order. They just display too much veriety and cancels after 2 days of placing prepaid order. And even dont auto refund for cancelled item iunless we contact them and ask them to. None of the phones are working.
Unethical behaviour
I placed on order of 5 items on the AKGalleria website and made advance payment by credit card. I received an email that my order was under processing. Later, I received another email that my payment was successful. Thereafter, I received an email that the items ordered by me were out of stock and I was given the option of asking for a full refund or some kind of website voucher. I opted for receiving a full refund. Then I was told that the refund will take 14-15 working days to process. This was quite unethical because having 5 items on website which were out of stock cannot be a happenstance. I wrote back to them to complain about it but they brushed it off. Not even a decent apology. It looks like they put a lot of stuff on the website without having it and then enjoy taking money from customers and retaining it at their whim.
I’ve had some trouble with akgallaria…
I’ve had some trouble with akgallaria in the past but now they have gone down hill full time. Every time I place an order they cancel it without any reason after a day or two. This is most pathetic considering they don’t want to provide any solid reason either
This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company, this is my second time i paid online and they have not shipped my parcel, when you do business via cash on delivery they dispatched yoru order, if you pay online they will hold your money and will never complete the order.
