Some reviewers were not happy with the paint pots, mentioning that certain colors were quite dry or thick and difficult to apply. A few other people also felt that canvases sometimes arrived creased from shipping, while others struggled to completely cover the dark printed numbers with lighter shades.
The canvas were sent with 3 rubber bands on each picture. They were tight which caused bad indentions in the canvas. I ironed them which caused them to bulge. Couldn't get them to lay flat. The numbers couldn't be covered on the light colors. Had to put several coats on the nu.bers.

We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Because it is international long-distance transportation, sometimes some packages will be squeezed during transportation.
The canvas can be flattened by ironing it with an ironing machine. Have you tried that？If it still doesn't work, please send me the picture to our email.
I receivers my canvas.
It took forever to get it only for some of the paints to be dried up or almost dried and clumpy. The canvas itself was creased and wrinkled. Hard to paint on and some of the numbers were compromised due to the creases. Will not be ordering again

Your package is still in transit. It usually takes 7-20 working days to be delivered.
We have sent the detailed shipping information to your email.
The large looking paint boards are in reality tiny rolled up scrolls. Barely enough paint to finish one painting so no way the second one can be completed. Overpriced and not up to standard
