This is SO messed up! I placed 2 orders in Jan. the second order arrived today, 2/2/23. The other order was placed 2 days earlier than the one I already received. I just checked the status and it still says "awaiting shipment". And it's PAID. NOW the "order date" says Oct. 17, 2022 INSTEAD OF JAN. 17,2023! HOW THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN????!!!! I ordered my kits on the 9th January 2023 and have not received them. Worse I emailed them on the 23rd Jan 2023 asking about my order and if it cannot be filled for a full refund I have not heard anything from the company. This is extremely disappointing, at this stage I cannot recommend dealing with this company.

I ordered 10 canvases and three had problems. One was replaced and one was credited back to my credit card. The third was explained to me so I will do my own thing with colors which should be fun. Their paints are creamy and cover very well. I hardly had to paint over a second time to hide number. With the problems I had I will still order from there.
