Hello, regarding the number codes/lines on the canvas, you can first use white paint to cover the numbers/lines, and then color them, the effect will be better.
Besides，due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the color showed on the pictures.

This site falsely advertises its product. They claim to give you a canvas stretched on wooden frame but they send you a rolled up canvas (full of creases) without the frame. They claim to give you 4 paint brushed but only give you 3; they claim to send you a protective spray to seal your art work but they don't. I have reached out to them on several occasions, they keep saying that they are sending my request to shipping manager but to date I have not received anything or heard back from them. I would rate them a 0 but the lowest they allow is a 1. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE. RIP OFF!!!!!

Hello, our products do not include the frame and easel, which we have emphasized in the product description and pictures. Each painting comes with 3 brushes, not 4. If the product you received has creases, you can use an iron to iron it. If it still doesn't work, please send pictures to our email ([email protected]).
Packaged well. Love that the canvases are rolled (not folded) so they don’t have creases in them. It did take awhile to receive but I did receive them all.
I ordered 10 paint by number kits. Very happy with the quality of the paintings as well as paint.
I do feel the packaging could have been better, but it was easy enough to iron out majority of the wrinkles.
They are good quality pieces! I was disappointed that they did not come on the canvas frame as advertised. So, literally, my only issue was the lack of structural integrity. Got the frames from a local store and attached them. They were bought for the wife, she absolutely loves them!
When the canvas arrived, it was all rolled up. When I opened it, it was all wrinkled. And then very quickly after I started painting, I realized that the final product won't look anything like how the picture was supposed to look. There were a lot of tiny details in the original picture that they don't include in the paint-by-number and a lot of the colors seem kind of random, like it has you just randomly color in a whole eye pink or it has you paint teeth bright orange. That being said, the painting process is still enjoyable and gives me something fun to do, which is mostly why I bought it. But I won't be hanging it up like I originally anticipated... it doesn't look how I expected at all.

I really enjoyed painting my first painting, except when painting the lighter colors you can see the numbers. My painting has a lot of lighter colors and I feel like I have to go back over them with another coat. It would be nice to just have a map for reference and not on canvas.
My mum bought this for me to try. Despite the picture online showing a canvas on a wooden board this was just a rolled up canvas. It came with no instructions and no picture for guidance. I found the little pots extremely hard to open especially once it had been used as the paint would make it stick. I also found the light colours would show the numbers through the paint once dried so then I would have to go back and paint over it but wouldn't be able to see the number clear enough to work out which colour it was. The numbers ruined if the pots do just as well the cardboard holder for the pots was provide so I could count to work out which colour to use. Overall $24usd with postage was cheap enough. I do think I prefer painting without numbers though.
1. When one of the paintings I ordered was sold out, they did not contact me but replaced with a "popular" painting. One I will never use and did not want. I did agree to keep it to avoid the hassle of returning.
2. They sent the wrong paint colors with one of the paintings and did not help when I reached out to them.

Hello, sorry for bringing you a bad shopping experience. Our paint by numbers include canvas, paints and brushes. Frame and stand are not included, which we mentioned in the product description.
I have had the worst experience with them. Sent me a canvas- was wrinkled beyond. No way was it paintable. Sent a second one, worse then the first. A tube would have made a big difference. Soooo mad. Waited and waited. Ridiculous!!
Take a chance if you want. Mine was not good.

my order was sent two weeks after i ordered only 4pictures were sent then few days later said my fifth one was sent except never recieved 5th one but got a partial refund on the same day as pictures showed up but it was buy 4get one free my problem is the picture that said send shouldnt have ever said it was sent my pictures were all bent in half and truly only wanted the painting that send sent and wasnt really sent.it was a memorial piece for my deceased son.very hurt and dissapointed
ordered from you its going on 3 months now still havent got them the payment was took out did the tracking said it was in illinois so still waiting not going to order any more but you do have good stuff

Many of the numbers were too small to read, some were nothing but a blur.
Two of the paintings were printed with a strong tilt.
One of the paintings has terrible detailing, the faces of the characters either had nothing but wonky round shapes for eyes which didn't sit where they should, or no faces at all. All the colour boxes had a strange bleed into another part of the image where it made no sense for it to be. I had to use my own painting skills to make the artwork the way they showed in their image, by drawing ontop of it without using the numbers.
Also, the colours I received for the paintings weren't even close to the one on the advertised image. Infact, the advertised image looks like a whole different painting from the ones I received.
The chance of me coming back is very small. Should have gone to a different company.

I got smaller pictures figuring they would be marked appropriately. They are not. They just seem to have shrunk a larger picture. Lines on top of each other that leave no space. Unable to read any number in a small space. With no reference map that is readable either. I am so so disappointed as two of these were to be gifts!!!!
The smaller size was perfect.
But not their process of printing.
Should have a bought a larger size or somewhere else.
Sale price. Not bothering to return.

I have used this company before and everything was great. This time, THEY HAVE ALTERED THEIR PAINTS.
I HAD TO GO OVER LIGHT COLOURS THREE OR FOUR TIMES TO COVER THE NUMBERS, AND EVEN VERY DARK CLOURS HAD TO BE PAINTED TWICE.
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered a Betty Boop canvas number X658 which I received yesterday 28th March.
Unfortunately the paints are mostly 1quarter full and dried up. I try to put a bit of water in but it turns the paints gluggy.
Are you able to please supply me with a set of new revalent paints.
I am enjoying doing the painting and have not had this trouble before.

Do not order from here. You will wait months to get your product. If you ever get it. Once they finally decide to send it, you might change your mind like I did. I still have not seen my refund in 3 months and I did not get product either!!
