It’s exactly like described. I love it. The only thing I didn’t like was the canvas came all rolled up so I’m still trying to get it to lay flat.

Paint is bad quality you have to paint it twice to make sure the numbers don’t pop up still some even 3 times, brushes are bad they don’t hold the paint like they should,it das not go as smooth like the video says bad quality for 80€ I exspected ad least good paint and not the crumbling paint even if you put water to soften it’s see true so should be relaxing but this is the worst number painting I ever had ! I do them allot as a hobby. Verry disappointing ( bought them a vieuw weeks ago

Sorry for the bad shopping experience. Regarding the number codes on the line drawings, you can first use white paint to cover the numbers, and then color them. Oil painting will have a better effect.

When I received my paint by number package I was so excited and could hardly wait to get started. It has been a slow process getting the painting done because sometimes life interferes with fun projects. I received the PBN in May 2024 and I am only about half way done. Recently I realized that the paints were incorrectly numbered. Leaves that should be green were assigned brown paints. The whole picture needs to be replaced with the correctly numbered colors. I have attached a picture of my painting.

My painting was rolled up in the package and was so wrinkled. I’ve laid underneath a heavy tub, trying to get the wrinkles out and it’s not helping. My paints weren’t dried up, but my brushes were very cheap and I expected better quality

Sorry for the bad shopping experience. Because it is international long-distance transportation, sometimes some packages will be squeezed during transportation. The canvas can be flattened by ironing it with an ironing machine. For dried paint you can add 1-2 drops of water and stir before use. If it still doesn't work, please send the picture to our email and we will solve your problem asap.
Small brushes have a curl on ends
I am not really happy with the brushes. I have a hard time with the small areas as the small brushes curl on the ends. I also got two number 5 paints. Not sure if they are both the same color or not, or if one should be something else. Other than that, I love the picture and can't wait until I get it finished and on my wall. Thank you.

I would give it a zero if I could. Low quality and the painting spots are too tiny to paint. I just wasted my money. Thought this would be on a stretched canvas and a lot bigger. Shame on your false advertising!!!

Canvas is nice quality
Canvas is nice quality. Printed very well. Paint is good. Comes a bit dry but now aid takes care of that. Can in a timely manner. Numbers rub off the pots. Since they come as individuals and not connected. You have to figure it out. No cheat sheet included. In case you need to go back over some areas.

I received the order but I regret that I didn't get the stretched canvas. It was rolled up pretty tight and will have to stretch it myself. I was trying to save money, but am sorry I ordered it that way.
