I was so so disappointed when I got my order. One picture was folded in half and creased down the middle, they’d packaged x2 per pack (I’d ordered 4) without distinguishing which paints were for which picture, this shall be the last order I do with your company. I do adult colouring and just wanted a go at painting, but as I’m no good at free handing this was my only option.

Because it is an international long-distance transport, sometimes some packages will be squeezed during transportation.
The canvas can be ironed flat with an ironing machine, but be careful not to use too high a temperature. After ironing, press it with a heavy object for a while.
In addition, the warehouse may have mixed the paint when packing. If you are not sure, you can send pictures to our email and we will check it for you.
I bought the mountain waterfall when it arrived it was flat with a lot creases and the canvas looked out of shape as i usually do i iron out the creases i have done this with your canvases a lot of times but this time it didnt work at all its very bumpy and creased and also i think i have received the wrong paints there is a lot of colors missing there is about 5 colors missing i am half way through the painting a it doesnt match up with the painting on your website this is the first painting i have bought of you with a problem the rest of the paintings i have bought of you were great and i will be buying more of you i hope you can do somthing this problem thanks Chris Peck from Australia

All of my orders have come in on time with few to no problems. The canvas does come in wrinkled but since I have them attached to a board that seems to eliminate the problem. Almost all of the paints in the different pictures I have bought have some drying paint but I have found that if you put water into the paint and let it sit it makes it useable.
Lots of categories and good subjects to choose from. I particularly like to paint children and portraits. The paints are plentiful and the canvases are clear. Sometimes it's a little hard to cover the numbers and a little expensive but less than other sites. Postage is prompt and reasonable, quite often free. Packaging is secure.
The canvas is so wrinkled that I can’t even steam the wrinkles out and most of the paints were dried out. It was a big waste of money for me.

Ordered the buy 4, get 1 free special. Love the prints, but the first print we opened had several paints with missing numbers, and we had difficulty matching up the paints with the color coding on the side of the print. The paints for the other 4 prints were marked appropriately.
Previous color by number prints we have purchased had a picture on the box to use as a guide while painting. These prints came rolled up in plastic bags, and included a tiny 3" x 3" picture, which is unusable as a guide for this type of detail work.

I love the selections but canvas is cut too small.
I love the selections and the paints. Vibrant and fun to do. The delivery was very quick, within 2 weeks. My only issue is that a standard canvas frame is 20"x16" and the painting area is just millimeters smaller, so you have to extend your painted area to cover the front of a standard frame. And the canvas margins are narrow so it's hardly enough to wrap around standard size frame. This may be the only reason not to order from here again, because I want to be able to display my painting stretched on a frame and hanging on a wall.
Lovely picture which attracted me. I've been painting for many years and used many different companies so I feel I can leave an honest review.
Despite saying the canvas is rolled not folded they are rolled so tiny and right it does leaves creases and due to the poor canvas quality ironing them out proved very difficult and impossible in some cases. The paints went on well but because the lines and numbers are so dark and the the paint not thick enough, even after several applications you can still see the obvious lines and numbers. I bought 8 pictures completed 2 started 3 and decided to give up and not waste my time on the others. They could never become decent pictures. Such a shame but having bought from so many companies I can say you get what you pay for. In this case dont waste your money, pay a little more a buy from another company and get a better quality painting for your money and efforts.

Shipping was very slow and the tracking process was totally useless. When I finally received my items, I got broken brushes, twisted and highly wrinkled canvas. Paints had a dried layer of paint that I tried to pick out with a toothpick before I could use paint. A few had screws and hangers with them while some had no reference sheets.
I feel that the price of $84 could have been spent on a better quality product. Not recommended for those new budding artists. It will leave them feeling like a failure.

Really disappointed, could barely make out the images and is no where near the detail of the picture. All paints were muted colours and again did not match the bright colours in the image shown. Will not be using again!

Stand was tiny and point less ,the paint easel was cracked all the way through,paints seem to be dry and clumpy , I won’t bother by from again
