All Pool Filters 4 Less

Hi Tony, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We do our best to get our shipments out same day or next day and ALWAYS deliver exactly what you order. When you order an original Hayward, you can be sure that is what you will get! In comparing prices for this filter, we are among the top 3 or 4 best prices compared to 5-10 others charging over 200 plus tax. We may not have the absolute BEST PRICE, but you can be sure that you'll get what you ordered with us. Can't speak to the others. Enjoy your pool, Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less

Hello Zohi, Thank you for the feedback. We do have a phone number for communication. However, we prefer texting to that phone number versus phone calls due to the fact that we are a small company and do not have our phones staffed 24/7. We always promptly reply to emails and text messages from customers. Enjoy your pool, Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less

Hi Fred, I know you were not happy with the delivery time. I was surprised that UPS took a full week to deliver. Typically, shipping coast to coast only takes 4-5 days. You ordered on Saturday, June 20th. We shipped from CA on Monday, June 22nd and UPS took all the rest of the time to reach you in CT. I hope this didn't cause too much of an inconvenience waiting a few extra days. Enjoy your pool, Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less

Hi Charles, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about our business. We've been around since 2010 and from day 1 we have been clearly marking the manufacturer and part number of every product we sell, so customers can be confident they will get exactly what they order.....not a knock-off.
