Hi Mike, Thanks for the feedback. You order 2 items at 50 pounds each that ship in an over-sized box. However, even with the discounted shipping charges we charge and the low product prices you are still getting a great deal on these Sta-Rite original S8M150 2 cartridge filter packs. We sell them as low priced as we can put these large filters do require some hefty shipping fees. UPS and FEDEX just keep raising their prices. Enjoy your pool, Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less

Woohoo! That's what we love to hear. Glad we could get you the exact filter you needed quickly. We do our best to make every customer experience just like this one. Enjoy your pool! Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less

Hi Edward, Thank you for your feedback. We ship out of multiple warehouses across the country. We have contracts with both UPS and FEDEX depending on the warehouse location. Shippers just don't seem to be the way they used to be. Rates have gone up and service has gone down..... Enjoy your pool Gary All Pool Filters 4 Less

HI Tricia, Always glad to help a customer choose what they need for their filter/pump situation. Whether it be to go with tried and true original parts/cartridges or consider a quality after-market to meet your needs. Thanks for being one of our wonderful return customers! Hi Renee, We are a small company that makes a point to provide quality customer service. We offer email and text messaging as the preferred customer support methods. We do offer limited phone service. However, during peak pool season we discovered the best method to answer all the questions being asked by customers is to answer via text or email. Enjoy your pool!
