We would like to clarify that all lessons at our school follow a specially designed curriculum based on Cambridge standards for each language proficiency level. All teachers work according to this curriculum and follow a learning plan adapted to the student's age and level.
Homework is also assigned automatically after every lesson and is available in the student's account. These exercises are designed to help students reinforce the material covered during the lesson at their own pace.
We value feedback from parents and are always open to discussing individual learning needs and goals. If you still have questions, we would be happy to speak with you personally and look into the situation in more detail.

During your cooperation with our school, there were several cases when lesson comments were not saved in the system. In such situations, we reviewed each case individually and, as an exception, added the compensation manually. We also explained that this could be related to browser or cache issues and asked to resubmit the comments when needed.
Regarding the latest technical issue, it affected many teachers, not only your account. Our team informed you that the compensation would be updated automatically once the technical problem was resolved. We did not refuse to compensate the completed lessons.
We are sorry that the situation caused frustration, but we do not withhold teachers’ payments intentionally. All completed and confirmed lessons are processed according to our internal rules and payment schedule.

Regarding the pricing, we would like to clarify that we have not recently increased the cost of lessons. Most likely, your first package was purchased with a discount, special offer, or promo code, which is why the amount may have been different.

Please note that all terms and conditions for using lessons—including their expiration dates and the process for converting unused lessons into bonus credits—are detailed in the terms of service, which users agree to upon registration. Our customer support team also informs users of these terms in advance and reminds them of the lesson expiration dates.
The bonus account allows you to use the funds for further learning, including as part of the payment for future packages.
