I found this adorable sweater in a pic online! I was obsessed but finally found it on Amber Millet’s site. The reviews were not great, the navy color I wanted was availability but was listed as teal. So I had a lot of reason not to order but I did and happy I did! My order arrived yesterday and it’s absolutely perfect!! Love it!!
Absolutely LOVE this cardigan! It's super soft & comfy with some stretch to it. I ordered a XXL, & I'm 5'10, 240lbs, & very proportionate; it's a great fit. If you're buying it for warmth, you'll be disappointed, because it is pretty thin, but if you're looking for a light-weight cardigan, this is for you. I've paired it with distressed crop jeans & booties, & it's just the absolute BEST fall outfit!!! Definitely recommended!
Really wish I could leave a 0 star review. Service was absolutely horrible. Please please please save your money and go elsewhere. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I placed my order on 03/11/21 and was to receive it with 2 weeks. When I emailed they said not until April 5 and then April 15 and now May 10. Please don’t waste your money and time. When I asked for a refund they said they could compensate me $5!! Absolutely livid with the service.
Not-so-easy-returns; Well, easy for them I guess. Wished to return purchase, emailed support, 7 hrs later given return address to China....ok, fine....asked to provide return label still waiting for a response after 18 days.
This is a sketchy company with zero transparency. Warming: DO NOT support them! It appears from the website that products ship from the US but they arrive from China. The sizing of the suits were way off, and I contacted the company to try and return them and they said I have to ship to China, and they refuse to give me a shipping label. So now I'm stuck with two suits that don't fit me. After writing them 10 times they finally offered to reimburse me for half of the cost of the suits, and I was so frustrated I just gave up and said fine. A month later, they still haven't reimbursed me. I am beyond frustrated with them, and there is no accountability. The people who respond to the emails take days sometimes weeks and don't even sign a name, it's a very sketchy operation. Do yourself a favor and go support a local company, not one in China.
