I would order again!

Curtains shipped in a timely manner and were as I ordered them. I'm happy with the quality and the pic was pretty accurate as far as color......always a crap shoot

Lovely experience

Lovely experience. I found a beautiful pattern for master bedroom drapes in our new house. Ordered them with special instructions customizing them, willing to wait an extended time for them given transportation delays. The drapes arrived well before the time quoted. They are perfect! This is not my first experience with this company. It is my third! So pleased!

ANADY TOP has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRODUCTS! I had an issue that was my fault and there was confusion on my part but they were most patient and were very kind. When they needed to credit my American Express for a mistake I made, it was done immediately. Beautiful drapes and excellent quality. I will use them again.

I ordered AGAIN from Anady Top!!! The curtains are amazing looking custom made!!!! The curtain quality is unreal. I absolutely love the curtains and have referred others to this company!

I am amazed!!

I am amazed!!! My daughter has ordered beautiful drapes from this company twice, so I ordered 2 sets for myself. When my package arrived w/my name and address, it was not my ordered drapes. I emailed customer service immediately and they got right on it! It turned out that my order went to a lady in Pennsylvania. Anady Top had swapped the labels by accident. We were given each other’s address and telephone numbers to ship to each other. We are to be reimbursed by Anady for shipping cost and another credit of $15 for the error. (Waiting to see that on my credit card ) Anady Top is highly rated in my book for quality service and product! Will recommend highly!!!

I love my new curtains

I love my new curtains! They came on time and were the proper length and width and were sewn beautifully, and they look beautiful! I really like the shiny white lining. I believe they will reflect the hot sun quite well.

Fabulous Custom Curtains

I was so happy with the curtains I ordered for our bedrrom that I ordered custom curtains for our celestory windows in the same room to match. Such an easy process and we are just as happy with our second order as we were with our first! Highly recommend A++++++

Product is amazing

Product is amazing, very vibrant colors.

Unethical

I would not even give this company 1 star. They sent product that had stains, flaws in the fabric and black thread sewn between the fabric and the lining. There was something wrong with every panel. They offered me a $20 refund and told me I could resolve the problems on my end. They do not stand behind their products.

Gorgeous Curtains

I cannot say enough about the curtains I received. They are absolutely beautiful. They look like I spent hundreds of dollars. The craftsmanship is amazing.

Good quality, but not what I ordered

The curtains are beautiful quality and will look very nice. However, I ordered the curtains with the dark colored grommets and received the curtains with plastic holding tabs. I read the description of the curtains and that colors appear different from the picture, but these curtains truly appear to be a completely different color than even the description of the color. I thought they would be somewhat more blue in tone, but they are a lot more yellow-green than the pictures online.

Wonderful experience, great product

I needed assistance with placing my order. I contacted Anady Top for help. They assisted me with the order andtold me when to expect them to arrive. The draperies arrived when expected, the color of the drapes were true to color and well made. I love them and I would recommend Anady Top to anyone wanting to purchase draperies on line.

The curtains are lovely, perfectly sized, and superior quality. I’m going to custom order for the two clerestory windows in the same room. Soooooo happy with this company.

I didn't get a confirmation or shipping…

I didn't get a confirmation or shipping notice so wasn't sure I was going to get the curtains I ordered. That would be a nice improvement. But the curtains are exactly what I wanted and of good quality. I'm very happy with them. It was worth the wait.

Different color than advertised.

Curtains I received are not the color advertised on the website. I was very excited to get my “forest green” curtains but what I got is a blueish/ teal green. Fabric is beautiful and they arrived quickly. Unfortunately I will not hang this color in my home. I have sent them a series of emails explaining the issue with pictures to prove it and I keep being told there is no mistake… as if I can’t see this blatant difference in color. Cost to send them back is not refunded and nearly $100. Disappointing.

This is the third lot of curtains I have bought. I needed them resized to my measurements. This wasn't any trouble for this company. Quick delivery and any questions were answered quickly. Very well-made curtains. I recommend. I love them.
