The flower arrangement I received is not the same as what they displayed on the website and now they are asking to ship them to China at my own cost. I ordered these in USA, so expected to receive goods from USA. Very disappointing experience. It’s seems like a scam to me. My order cost is $630. The flowers are pretty bad quality and look very cheap.
I placed my order because it was stated that the delivery would arrive before my wedding. After contacting the seller, I was told it would not arrive on time, so I had to buy an alternative. In the end, the item arrived just one day before the wedding, but the seller refuses to cover the return shipping costs and item value. Now I’m not receiving any response from customer service at all. I even don't receive their address in order for me to send the goods back by myself. Very disappointing and unreliable communication. Over 230 USD are lost now.
I ordered over 500 USD worth of stuff that never arrived. Tried to contact them to resolve ghe issue, they just keep making up excuses and eventually stopping answering my emails. It has been 2 and a half months of waiting and trying to get in touch with them. Trying to get my money back through PayPal now, this website is a scam.
Just recieved my second order from Angela flower and can't praise them enough. The choice, quality and customer service is amazing.Fabulous flowers and delivered very quickly despite it being Chinese New Year.
