I requested a return of what was a waffle zip hoodie. There reply was “ Dear customer, Sorry, what you purchased is a jacket, not a hoodie. Best regards No help, no return. They don’t care, they just should have said “haha too bad”. My purchase was not a hoodie, there was no hood. I would not even consider shopping with them. I will not order anything with a store that no customer service exists.
I purchased the outfit online and I still have not received it yet, not even a confirmation. of whether it was shipped or not, but they took my money…
Wish you could rate negative 5! Ordered my husband a 3xl shirt and large pants. He likes oversized shirts. Could not get the shirt or pants on! I have been emailing back and forth with this company since august 31st at least (its sept 30) Asked for a refund. They offered 10%, then 15% then 30%. I kept refusing. They say we can pay the $30 shipping to return and they will send another. I refused to pay a cent more! Their biggest size was 5xl. Said that theyd send a new one finally. Received the new one finally and they printed “top 5xl+pant 2xl” on the sleeve of the shirt. Still refusing refund and the shirt STILL doesnt fit him. Disputing with bank as they now want to send yet another one. Wish you could attach pictures to these reviews!

Go out of business, worst I have ever seen sent the wrong size poor quality material, sent for Raiders, got saints in lower left corner, all of of you should go to jail for robbing people, you are less than one star, pathetic
The hoodie I ordered is not like the picture showed, it showed the zipper going all the way down. I recieved one with the zipper going half way down. Not ordering from them again!
They don’t seem like a legitimate company based on my experience. They claim you can return items and get a refund but that’s a lie. I requested a return and they told me they don’t have return labels. They said it would cost too much in postage to return it so they said keep it and they’d give me a 10% refund. Hahaha what a joke. Their final offer was 50% refund. They need to go out of business!
I ordered a blue Washington Nationals hoodie. What I received was a green hoodie with Nationals and MLB logos on the sleeves and with Philly Eagles logos on the front. Anithread doesn't know the difference between baseball & football. I've sent them a refund request. We'll see......
If I could give a lower rating I would. Bought a StL Cardinals sweatshirt.Looked great. Wore it twice and the fabric is failing and it’s ready for the garbage. Would be embarrassed to donate it. Customer Service? Sent pics and they could care less. Products worn once aren’t eligible for return or credit. DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE. If it looks too good to be true, it is.
This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered size XL sweatshirt & L sweatpants my husband barely got the sweatshirt over his head, when he was finally able to pull it down he looked like a 10lb sausage in a 5lb bag. The sweatpants he couldn’t even get his leg into it. Reached out many times, the were going to send me a new one for free but had to pay $30.00 shipping… please tell me how that’s free!! Then they wanted to offer me a partial refund of $3.00. Talk about a smack in the face. They told me I didn’t order according to their size chart. Well let me tell you the size chart must be for children because I did use it to order. Please think twice before ordering or order a size 5 times bigger than what you actually wear!!! Horrible!!!! Oh, it was supposed to be here for Christmas, I paid the expedited shipping, it arrived January 8th..
Size was not correct. Ordered a large and couldn’t even get my hand through the cuff. When asked to return was told I could only get an exchange and there was a $30.00 return fee. Do not buy from this company. I only paid $46.00 for the item.
Don't waste your money. Ordered the old fuc***s cap, got sent a very cheap imitation from China. (could have bought for 1/4 the price on ebay) support tries to palm you off saying it will cost you more to send it back so you should keep it. Have opened a fraud case with my bank. This company should be shut down blatantly ripping people off...
