公司靠谱

这家公司靠谱。客服很强，响应很快。我也喜欢他们的网站，反馈非常透明。他们的一些其他正规竞争对手在播放列表审核/拒绝方面就没这么透明了。会再用的。

我用的曲目被标记了

The tracks I used them for were flagged for bots and now I have to payback CD baby for the “botted activity” . I was lucky they didn’t take down my stuff. I only used them for these particular tracks.

缺少子类型的代表

There is a lack of sub genre representation on this site which cuts off access for many artist like myself. If you have a generic style ( jazz, hip hop, rock, etc) this is an adequate site for placements. If you create sub genres within the industry standard personally it’s not a good investment. I did have 2 songs over 3 months place but to have the other 4 do nothing wasn’t a good enough return IMO. Do your research and make sure your investment is used wisely when doing business with Apolone,

It was a little rocky at first with a website issue, but Ivy and Jaxon stepped up right away with actual human service to get my campaign up and running. They responded quickly to questions, and helped me navigate some stuff I wasn’t clear on. Best of all, I always knew I was dealing with an actual human. That is something that is really hard to find these days—and regardless of how my campaign turns out, I’m gonna feel like my money was well spent. I’ve used Boost Collective, Submithub, and Groover. Despite the small technical glitch, Apolone has been my best experience. Empire Way will use them again, and I feel good about recommending them.

They wrote a good bio and got me on 4 Spotify playlist. Spotify have made changes that are unsupportive for artists who live from month to month barely making it and Spotify was already sticking it to the artist before this. Sadly you only deal with Spotify so your services are no longer needed. I feel the cost I paid for all my Apolone services was much too high for only getting on 4 playlists. Not worth the cost.

我一直挺耐心也挺配合的

I've been patient and cooperative. I sent screenshots of Bank charges of my bank showing they were paid. I've explained what happened and still the problem is Not Resolved. I don't Know for sure, but something is obviously Wrong. I will make one last check of my bank account and if it has Not Been credited the two charges, I Will immediately Report to Law Investigative Agencies. If this is a Scam, then it needs to be determined by the FBI and pertinent Investigative Agencies. Unfortunately!

I very much liked the fact that your team responded in a very fast and professional manner and game me an overall product that met my expectations :) The only thing I wish I could change is the ability to be placed in guaranteed playlist placement after getting denied by certain curators. I’m signed up on Apolone as a curator for a few months now, and I can say it’s a reliable service. They actually verify curators and make sure playlists aren’t botted and that songs don’t get removed too quickly from the lists. The site does have issues sometimes - there was even a period when it was down for about two weeks - but they always replied to emails and questions, and I can see the platform improving over time. It’s not perfect, but overall I’ve had a really good experience and feel like the team genuinely tries to do things the right way. Definitely not a scam.
