I tried a service like this for the first time and was genuinely impressed by the value for $120. My track landed on 8 Spotify playlists, and the streams jumped significantly in just two weeks. Their support is also great!

I bought a music promo package and the website said the service was down. I contacted their customer service and they told me to be patient. After another week I demanded my money back and thank goodness they did refund it. I think Apolone might be a huge scam.
I paid for a campaign for a jungle song and they put it in a playlist with a bunch of country songs. Jungle is a Jamaican electronic genre that came from UK Garage and Drum & Bass. My song did not fit in with any of the country songs they had me in a playlist with, so I didn’t really get any saves. It was disappointing. Their ai isn’t very good and honestly them using ai at all is very corny.
Had a conversation where I expressed my concerns and got real and honest feedback that was truly productive. Great customer service. Plain and simple. Went above and beyond my expectations for simply asking for an opinion about our music and what might work best in terms genres. Like, they actually listened to our music and gave an insightful opinion.
Where to begin? Your service is fundamentally broken, which you admit to a customer(?), and then you send me an obvious LLM output that fundamentally mismatches essential elements of my artist journey such as the wrong timeline, wrong essential details, misquotes things I said, and other elements of the deliberately handwritten canned story I practically wrote for you, knowing that your service is primarily a tech company, not a journalism service. You didn't even bother to replace the full dashes with hyphens or make sure the text would pass an AI generated text checker service. Gross negligence at its finest is on display.
Pathetic is not a strong enough word.
I was reasonably happy(read the end of my comment, it didn’t last) with the streaming increase then their website went down. Keeps saying 12 hrs, it’s been down for days. I think if they want to convey a professional reputation then the website should not be down for so long. After all, the website allows the customer to monitor the service they are getting.
After about a month. All the playlists you were added to will remove your songs and your streams will be back to where they were before the Apolone service. Also the legitimacy of the playlist are suspect, with the top listener cities were Lagos in Nigeria and also a city in India.

Honestly expected more. Waited 30 days to give them a chance before writing this review. Paid their $39.99 and their promise to get listed, and promoted fell very short. I got listed on a whopping 2 playlists on Spotify that weren’t even in the same genre and 0 zero new followers, interactions or even a follow up report. Wouldn’t use them again

BEWARE! They say you get organic streams but according to Spotify they’re using bots and artificial streams. See the email I just received below from the distributer. Now I’m getting fined and my release may get taken down. I guess you live and learn. Stay away from this company!
“Spotify have reported artificial streaming activity on track(s) distributed through your Amuse account. When Spotify detect and verify streams as artificial, they withhold royalties for those streams and apply a fine to the label or distributor.
This is usually the result of using promotional services that utilizes bot streaming or illegitimate practices to guarantee playlist placements and streams.
The following track ISRCs are affected:
SE6XY2297872
As a result of Spotify's fine, 10 USD has been deducted from your Amuse Wallet balance from the royalty period 2025-08-01. This will also be visible on your royalty statement.
Please note that the fine cannot be contested by the affected artist nor Amuse, in accordance with Spotify's Terms of use.”
For their website you only get paid when you hit $50, when I hit $40 after months of helping them they banned my account. Never paid me my $40. Just a scam website.
I’m an old school artist that still likes to write music and put it together. I’ve looked at several other places to launch my campaign. I’ve seen some great results in just two weeks.
After nearly 20 days, I still have not received a single play. I've complained, and they told me to just keep waiting. Well we're pushing a month, and I haven't gotten anything out of it. So far, it's been a complete and total waste of time and money. If they don't want to appear to be a scam, then they need to follow through with what's called the customer service.
In response, I have to say that you had the opportunity to make it right while I still was a customer and after the fact this is just putting a Band-Aid on it. If you'd like you could reach out to me directly and we can have a conversation about it, otherwise you're just pandering.
Apolone has truly impressed me, and rises to the top of the music promotion world.
I state this from personal experience as a struggling recording artist trying to get heard in a ocean of competition!
Their music analysis and playlist matching system is a game winner for artists looking to "organically" target their audience.
Additionally, their communication with me has always been quick, personal, and professional, something I highly value and expect.
Give them a shot, they'll do everything they can do to promote your music and career.

As a curator, they helped me add 2,500 songs in two months, working consistently. Then, when I requested payment for the work done, they blocked my profile for unusual accounts (WE DO NOT USE BOTS FOR OUR PLAYLISTS). Just a ploy to avoid paying the curators. I'm taking legal action. €3,000 and two months of work wasted.
Their response is that I violated the terms of service, even though I sent them all the screenshots of my playlist statistics. The only way to avoid paying the curators is to tell them they violated the terms. Open your eyes, don't work with them if you don't want to work for free.
Apolone Music Company delivered exactly what they promised: real streams, solid pitching, and great visibility for my track. The process was smooth, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended for artists looking to grow their presence on Spotify!
What a home run! I was hoping for 500 streams for a small one-month campaign. And after only 13 days I already have over 1000 streams with 17 days still remaining on the campaign. Sooo… wow!!
Apolone.com is legitimate and they had a digital article with a really catchy headline written up on one of my music releases fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the playlists that they use aren't very legitimate. In one month, I had a significant spike in listeners in streams, which is a red flag to most distributors. The playlists that my song was added to were removed two months after the campaign which signifies irregular streams or manipulated streaming. This is a big red flag to distributors. So if you want your music to stay on Spotify during the time that they are policing independent artists and playlists, try to avoid Apolone. It would NOT be a good investment for the headache you may receive fighting with your distributor to keep your music on their platform.
Jaxon from Apolone worked directly with me to assist with playlist pitching for my band's debut single, as well as putting together a PR article highlighting the new single. He answered any questions I had through the process without delay, from beginning to end, and our listeners and streams grew on Spotify.
I highly recommend Apolone to aid in pitching your next song or album!
I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, as this was my very first EP, and I had no idea how to market it. But within just one month of working with Apolone, my release Celestial Apexion’s Ascension reached nearly 85,000 streams, and it’s still climbing. Huge thanks to Jaxon and the team for delivering results.
Of course, there’s no guarantee you’ll land on a playlist, but what I can say is this: if you have a strong track, Apolone gives it the best possible chance to succeed
