I ordered from them a month ago (their website clearly states 3-5 day shipping on international orders). They provided a tracking number and a tracking service. The tracking service, track654, is classified as a fraudulent website that provides fake tracking information/updates to support scam websites. The tracking number they provided was "YZKWL33196334QQ." It does not appear on legitimate tracking websites. Absolute scam.
I placed an order in May 5th and didn't receive anything yet and nobody to talk to 😡
Bought clothes. Waited two weeks. tracking had it in Hong Kong but hadn't updated in five days. Emailed customer service. The tracking suddenly updated. Four more days. Nothing. Emailed customer service. The tracking suddenly updated again. They emailed back asking me to wait a few more days. (The order originally said 3-5 day shipping). I emailed them one last time asking that they re-send or I would do a charge back. Never heard anything from them. Very likely a scam.
SCAM!!! Don’t order anything from this website. I have purchased some clothes, money has been taken and I have’t received anything, not even confirmation email. I have tried to contact them but been ignored.
