its now 7 months since my order never received. They continue to tell me the refund is being processed. It's always the same,"please be patient, I will personally be following your refund to get it expedited". To Ocean, banana, Amber, Ramya, Ella, Peggy, Thaway, Allen and Vivian, you all should be ashamed.
FAKE! They said my order was delivered, and it never was. They supposedly sent another package and I never received. Now the store is closed! Totally scam!!!
PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I had placed an order on May 7, 2023. According to their tracker, it said the package was delivered...yet I have not received it. I reached out to them numerous times asking for the carrier service so I may file a claim, but the will not provide me the information. The tracking page is now disabled. I have reached out to their customer service line with no success.
A scam! Exactly the same story and experience of the rest of these reviews - one parcel ‘delivered’, and as it was a trusted courier they thought I was lying, finally got sent a 2nd parcel… which never arrived. Requested a refund and after 3 months of back and forth managed to get 90% refunded finally. But still I am out of pocket as with everyone else!
This is absolutely a scam. Your parcel will never come then they will email you a whole spiel about how they use ‘advance’ tracking and delivery systems and will process a partial refund that never comes. Avoid at all costs!

This is a scam. Do not buy. I have exchanged 44 emails with these people in another country that send the same generic email every time asking for my patience. It’s been four months with no refund and no delivery of a package. I have started the dispute process with my bank.
I order clothes from these people start tracking and emailing, after 2 months no deliver but yet they said it was delivered, I have cameras all around my house and no footage of no deliver on the date it said it was delivered. They're a bunch of thieves do not order from this place report them and dispute your payment with your bank.
Wish I could leave a ‘No star’ rating. First ordered on 23/5/23 - not delivered- requested another order be delivered- been waiting & checking tracking daily- tracking now shows delivered - which wasn’t. It appears that this is a total scam. Have requested a refund- prob won’t get it. 😡😡
Biggest rip off online. Advertise inexpensive clothes that never get shipped. They send you a fake tracking number that eventually says it was delivered. You'll communicate for months with them to no avail. They have pre-written responses claiming it must of been delivered to wrong address. They will say they will resend and you should expect shipment in another month. They will offer to refund 60% to which will never be refunded. In short They will give you the run around hoping you give up. I'm not sure how they are able to Advertise on meta or Google after all the complaints.
Scam!! Been waiting 2 months for my parcel, apparently 1 has been delivered! Email daily, different person answers every time. Utter nonsense. Tracking is a total joke and never changes. Please do not use them!! Total scam. saw them on Instagram, have not seen them on there since making my order. DO NOT USE.
It's a scam I never received any order. The tracking said delivery at courtyard. I don't have a court yard. Been waiting for over 45 days no package. No customers service and no address
Same thing happened to me… said it was delivered but it wasn’t. I even paid the higher shipping cost! They emailed me today to see if I wanted a refund or to replace items we shall see! Update: I kept emailing them and they agreed to refund 1/2 my money with a dire warning not to try to dispute the charges with my credit card. I got my refund … $2.24 I spent $45 . I am disputing the charge now!
I wish I could give this place zero stars! I ordered a bunch of items from here and received an email promptly that the items shipped. I was a bit leery as the tracking information was a bit u unusual. A month later I still have not received my package and checked the status only to find it was marked as “delivered”!!!! What the heck???? I’m disappointed in myself but not surprised as the site seemed a bit sketchy to begin with. Do not order from here!
Missing package that took a month to day it was delivered, when it wasn’t. They refunded me 1.25 and said that was 70% of my order, which was $40. Then they would t respond when I questioned it. They are a bad company.
This company is a complete SCAM. I never received my order and when I finally got an email back from a “customer service” rep name “Ocean” (I wish I was making this up), they somehow blamed me for not receiving the package. Unbelievably tacky. None of the reviews on their site are real. I tried to leave one and they never posted it. Complete SCAM.
COMPLETE SCAM!! FRAUDULANT! I ordered three pair of pants 5/2/23. Never received. Emailed the company heard back from "Banana" no joke that was the name of the customer service rep. Tracking said it was delivered. I responded to the tracking site and they said they would check the status and update. Updated from delivered to leaving the local sorting site back to delivered all in the same day. DO NOT ENGAGE. Total thief's.
BEWARE. FRAUD. SCAM. ZERO STARS THIS SITE AND ALL EXTENSIONS OF APPLYATIC ARE SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT, ENGAGE WITH THIS MERCHANT. I placed an order on 23 May 2023, kept waiting and tracking the order. On 19 June 2023, I noticed that the order was marked delivered, it never was. I have a Ring camera and thoroughly checked every single movement on our street at least 48 hrs before delivery notice. No deliveries were made. They take your money and then disappear. My email messages are unanswered and I have been blocked on FB. If my earnest post saves even one person’s money, it will be worth it. I have reported this to FB and will post this message on every site possible. I hope every hard earned penny they took from me multiplies into 100X of misery.
This site is fraudulent, I ordered items but realised very quickly It seemed suspicious so I contacted them to cancel the order and process a refund. That was on 2 May and no refund has been received!!!!
3-5 day’s delivery is what they promise. 25 days and no package. Total scam.
