I do aplogize for any issue you with your pump. The parts warranty is 1 year, so it is definitely beyond the warranty period. I would want to be sure there is nothing specific that caused your pump to fail. If you have issues with your pump running constantly, we may be able to provide some insights. Hey Shawn! I don't have any record of your issues and don't have your name or email to look up your account. We are only the retailer and not the manufacturer, and it sounds like you are in touch with the manufacturer. It is common for them to have 48 lead time on calls, but we are glad to help you troubleshoot when possible or to do our best to get follow up from the manufacturer as needed. As for GFCI tripping, it is often a ground issue. The most common thing is for the ground wire to be a little lose. If you are able to safely do so, cut the power and open the control box. Make sure the wires are all snug/tight. Same thing on your breaker side. be sure nothing is lose. Give us a call if you need some assistance getting answers! The AquaRestOutlet.com Team

I am sorry you had issues with your hot tub delivery; however, it does not look as if you purchased the tub from us (you purchased chemicals and filter from us). So, unfortunately, there is little we can do to asisst with your spa purchase. If you did purchase from us under a different name or email, we can absolutely get this issue resolved for you. If you ever have questions or issues about your chemicals or hot tub function, that is why our team is here. All we do are hot tubs, so we can help you understand your new tub! I am sorry you had issues with your breaker tripping and the cover missing on your filter. I am hopeful you were able to get in touch with the manufacturer, as they are requiring the customer to contact them directly for any issues. However, they should ship the filter cover out immediately and be able to troubleshoot the electrical issue. Please keep us posted if the manufacturer does not provide the assistance needed.
