BUYER BEWARE.....My tub is less than a year old and have multiple problems. Warranty is a pain and just try to push the issues off. It finally got to the point it was leaking, and the circuit board went out for the 3rd time, I replaced it with a Jacuzzi brand tub, wow what a difference and the service is awesome.
I have no idea when my hot tub cover will ship and be delivered. Ordered it in late June. It's now late July, and I haven't been able to track it. For an expense of over $800, this seems ridiculous. I have reached out multiple times to AquaRest, and I do get emails, but they are not helpful. The emails provide no transparency, saying it's "still within the time window", when I was not informed what that time window was. One email said it should be shipped by 7/16, but I don't know what that means in terms of delivery. I really wish I would have purchased the hot tub cover from another dealer who was a little clearer.
I do apologize that you did not see the listed lead time from the product page that says up to 4 weeks. Your cover has shipped, but the tracking seems to not be properly working, so Amy is working with the manufacturer to see if they provided a tracking number with a typo or what the issue may be. Purchasing the hot tub was pretty easy over the phone with the representative I dealt with. She was very clear as to what to expect and when. The guy who delivered the hot tub was amazing! He was able to pull right into our driveway and place the hot tub right in our garage, since we weren't ready to put the tub where is was to go. We use the hot tub daily and so far, loving it! My experience was amazing largely due to Charity who walked me through the ordering process. She helped me select the very best options for our needs. My husband is a disabled Navy Veteran with neuropathy and she was considerate and caring about our particular circumstance. We bought our hot tub several years ago and the color is brown and now brown is no longer offered so we had to get the black one should pretty quick fits great I really do think they should offer discounts to returning customers because these tops do not last hours has been 5 years. For $800 you think it would be a little longer lasting and offer the color that you originally ordered

I ordered the top-of-the-line spa knowing I would be out of town till a specific date. I chose the date that would accommodate my travels. Once delivered I called my best friend in his 70s (I had also reached my 70 milestone as well, and my boss mid 60s to help move it to the backyard and set it in place. I found a spa sled on Amazon, cheaper than most to move it. It was around $200 compared to $500+. The spa was delivered at 9:30 AM and my helpers, helped me get in moved into place easily. By 3 pm I had the cover and lift installed filled and started heating! I already had a 120v, 15-amp designated WR/TR GFCI outlet with an oversized plug cover ready. By the next morning it was at set temp. Me and my grandchildren are having a new connection. They love the LED lights and waterfalls! Thank you, Aqua Rest Outlet! You Rock! I had a 240v hot tub for years and enjoyed it tremendously. Not needing to run 240 electrical line saved $600+!

It's a good tub for a good price. The only bad thing was the skid it came on was all broken up so when I pulled it off the truck , the skid fell completely apart and the tub tipped over. So my suggestion is use sturdy skids
