We collect only what the platform needs to work, and every item is listed here.

What we collect
You do not need an account to browse. The following is collected only when you actively use the corresponding feature:
- Account details: email address, display name, and password (stored as an irreversible hash — we never see the plaintext). If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email and display name.
- What you publish: review text, ratings, and the display name and country you choose to show. This content is public by design and appears on company pages, in the open API, and in sitemaps.
- Session cookie: set after sign-in to keep you logged in. Signed-out visitors are not given any identifying cookie.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand page traffic. Google processes that data under its own policy.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not remove, hide, or down-rank reviews because a business paid us. This is also stated in our methodology.
- We never display your email address alongside your reviews.
Third parties will use this content
Reviews you publish are public. Our robots.txt explicitly allows search engines and AI systems to crawl and cite this site, and the open API lets anyone read it. Your review and public display name may therefore appear in search results, AI answers, or third-party apps, and we cannot recall content once a third party has copied it. Please keep this in mind before posting.
How long we keep it
Account details are kept while the account exists. When you delete your account, the account and email are removed, but reviews you already published are kept and detached from the account (author shown as anonymous) — other readers have already relied on them, and removing them would rewrite the history of a company page. If you want your reviews deleted too, contact us using the details below.
Your rights
You can view, correct, or delete your account details at any time, and request an export of everything you have submitted. If you are in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable rules, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint. Send any request via the contact details below; we respond within 30 days.
