I have been very happy with the service provided and the quality of the tutors. They are very careful, responsive and have the kid’s best interest in mind. Will definitely use them for my next kid when he starts his IBs.
Horrible experience with a "practitioner" there. Completely inexperienced. Couldn't respond to my questions (refused to be challenged at all - soon ran away because I was specifically responding to his questions, but he couldn't handle the information I was providing, much less the follow up questions I had for him).

Ascend has been great in helping me achieve my maximum potential in the IB DP course. I faced several challenges in my AI HL Math course primarily due to poor teaching methods from my school teacher. Thanks to Ascend’s qualified and experienced tutors I was able to not only pass but also achieve a high IB score allowing me to pursuer higher education at the university of my choice. I have been an educator with Ascend for over a year and also work as part of their Entrepreneurship programme. Someone is always willing to answer if I have a question or need help. They pay on time and send an itemised pay slip as part of their transparency. We have staff meetings and training, which can help bond an international team. Moreover, the students I have had the pleasure of meeting while at Ascend have been the best part of my job.
